Dr. G. called me 4:09am a few hours after filling out WebDoctors.com online form. I returned his call few minutes later using my phone’s incoming phone number info and we spoke for 5 min. 11 seconds. with Dr. G. who said he left me a message. Sadly my phone did not receive nor reflect a message left. He asked about my condition. I repeated what I had written online. He asked if I was feverish, nauseous, in pain. I responded in negative to all bad symptom questions. I told him that generic UTI antibiotic worked well for me in Sept. 2020. He shared with me that if I should experience any of the previously asked negative symptoms to call my doctor or as I suggested – head for the my local ER. He said yes. Call ended on Happy Healthier 2021 wishes. Prescription was filled and I received a notification from my local pharmacy by email at 10:32am – 6+ hours after our brief – timely conversation. Successful means of procuring a prescription for my condition after the earliness of phone conversation with Dr. G.. I seem to be on the mend after three and a half days into antibiotic regime thanks to the immediate action of concerned WebDoctors.com physician. Wishing that WebDoctors.com could cover alpha-blockers, too. Someday, maybe!

Got serviced within an hour. Doctor had knowledge of what I needed and got my prescription within hours. Very satisfied with the service.

Got good consult and meds, so ok. Am commercial driver all over US, really want primary care telemedicine Doctor to fit my lifestyle, but this service kept referring to primary, who I have limited access too. A great service would include access to well matched primary care Doc with low monthly cost (unlike others) with local referrals (wherever I am) and more per appt fees. Still this service really helped me and I may use it again.

Issue was resolved in a timely manner. Star off for brevity and seemingly having better things to do, but I can't imagine being a doctor during a pandemic is a very relaxing job.

Quick and easy to use, but some design problems and bugs. Could use some updates.
