New customer experience
This was my first experience with any form of online medical care and I was skeptical. Not only was I impressed with the ease of which the appointment was established, I was also grateful for the fast response, prompt call and text. I literally set up the appointment, received a consultation and was provided with a treatment plan within an hour! I will definitely refer others!

I had the beginnings of a UTI
I had the beginnings of a UTI. I was able to consult with a physician with in a minute of submitting my request. Dr. N Patel was very professional and engaging and asked all the right questions. I had an RX within the hour. I was very impressed with this medical service and will definitely use this in the future, and request Dr Patel!
