In general, I am happy with the service but there are a few of disappointments. 1) There is not a means for contacting the Dr after the consultation without paying another full consultation fee. 2) The fee schedule was misleading. Listed fees at $39-$69, yet charged by the prescription filled resulting in $89 charge. 3) The prescriptions are called into a single pharmacy. I want to split these 5 prescriptions between different pharmacies so that I can bargain shop with low-cost prescription apps (GoodRx and NeedyMeds).

I used this service because I had a positive experience the first time with a UtI on a Sunday while traveling. This time i had an RI and about to catch a plane. Overnight it had turned to dark green mucus and still laryngitis. He knew I was to fly that day in 2 hours. He refused to write me a Dr's note to not fly although his website says he will write one. I was afraid with all the mucus in my face and ears, my dear drums could pop. So I had to call the airlines myself. By the sound of my voice and cough they changed my flight for free and were surprised a Dr would advise me to fly. His exact words to me were: "Don't be ridiculous". "You have a common cold". "Of course you can fly". Secondly, he gave me only a 5 day antibiotic. The next day, I am worse. I was coughing so hard and long I strained my muscles and incontinence, I went to a walk in clinic and saw another D. He said it was a virus. Yes I had an infection and they gave me a stronger antibiotic for the secondary infection. They also gave me things for the congestion, cough and more. I guess MD Proactive was better than nothing, but I did not feel I got the depth, nor a compassionate consultation.

I was not given any aftercare instructions regarding work or otherwise.

Very pleased with how fast the Dr got back to me about what my problem was!! , My complaint would be ithat I contacted him for an infected tooth that was already filled but still ended up with getting an infection in it! After picking up the script and finding a 300mg antibiotic was what was called in for me when he said I would need a strong antibiotic!! I really hope I'm wrong and it works but I've worked in the health care system most of my life and I just have my doubts unfortunately that this is not going to be strong enough for my problem!! So in that sense I am very disappointed bcuz after all that I'm probably still going to have to go to another Dr, I'm eally hoping that I'm wrong and if I am I will gradly change my review!! Other than that he like a very nice guy and I hate to even have any problem at all :/!!

Functional three-minute call. The doctor was not friendly at all, but seemed to ask the right questions and called in the prescription I needed promptly. This service is fine if you’re certain of your need for a prescription and certain you don’t need medical care from a doctor. Above all, is a prescription-writing service— and if I know I just need antibiotics from my local pharmacy, I’d probably call again.

The doctor calls in a very timely manner. He quickly diagnosis and prescribes necessary meds. My daughter and I have both used this service and both found the doctor to be most impersonable man. Bordering on rude. Other than that the service works for those times when getting to a doctors office is not convenient.

I cant give any higher rating than 3 stars because there wasn’t alot to discuss. I am very pleased that i can start the Sinclair Method and very happy to have the prescribed medicine needed.

I had a difficult time understanding the physician since he had a very strong accent.
