Prescribed antibiotic ineffective, no path to address issue, unless a new request at 39$.
I had some challenge understand the MD due to his thick accent. Also, the prescribed antibiotic failed to address my problem. I've had to make a second request to get better antibiotic. I researched the clindamycin and found that it's not the first choice for a tooth infection, but rather more prescribed for UTIs, Acne, and sexual transmitted diseases. Tooth ache does appear on the list, but not at top. My friction was the difficulty in understanding Dr., and the prescribed medication not being effective and having to request second consult just to get a change in the script. The service offers no avenue for a follow-up response, or opportunity to request a new script without additional cost. Called number in Illinois but no help. Answering service pretty clueless. Aside from that, it offers an excellent option to an ER or office visit. Not effective for serious issues or getting pain medication. I actually like the convienence, but a follow-up if treatment is ineffective seems non-existent. A second request seem only pathway. I feel that is a flaw.
