I didn't know that my prescription would be 288.00. They were no cheaper options

First, my appointment was scheduled between 6:00 and 9:00 AM. At 6:00 a.m., my phone rang once. Obviously between the 1st and 2nd ring,the doctor hung up. Since, there was no one on the line when I picked up the phone. Tried to return call repeatedly until 9:00 a.m. The line was always busy. Shortly after 9:00, I reached the receptionist (I'm supposing). She said the doctor would not reschedule a specific appointment time but would call during the day. I told her I was going to cancel the appointment. But, before I could do that (it was amazing) the doctor was able to call me. Secondly, the doctor did call in the prescription. However, it was for a dosage my insurance would not cover without a preauthorization. My pharmacy spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to work with the doctor's office to either complete a preauthorization or to write the prescription for a lower dosage that my insurance would pay for. The doctor's office refused to do either. It appears to me, that this group is only interested in the $49.95 fee and that's it! I had tried KHealth and although they were unable to prescribe this particular medication without a physical, they were very forthcoming about it and didn't charge me for the consultation. By the way, their fee would have only been $19.00.

The Dr. spoke to me in a rude and rushed manner. He continued to be dismissive when I asked a question. Lastly the prescribed meds have several long lasting organ failure effects. I hope this review is shared with unprofessional physician. Thank you, Ms. Neyer

Was a waste of time! Doctor only spoke with me not even 1 minute. Was supposed to email a Doctor's note to return to work the next day but was never emailed an excuse for work. $60.00 was taken out of my account soon as the conversation was over. Tried calling number onsite and was answered by a women at the Doctor's main office and was told this situation is handled differently by the site and not by the Dr's office. Tried emailing back the site stating haven't recieved the Dr's note to return to work and was emailed back to pay the $60.00 again

The doctor didn't ask me about the symptoms, asked me to show the swelling eye in the camera and prescribed oral antibiotics. Terrible the appointment.

I scheduled an appointment since going to the doctors is not possible with the corona virus. My appointment was cancelled 1 hour later for the reason that they attempted to call me but got no answer. They never called me.
