I enjoyed speaking with the doctor who returned my request for assistance. My only criticism would be that people, not just this particular doctor need to listen to one another. Take the time to really listen. We spent a lot of our conversation talking over one another. At the end of our conversation I did let them know that i needed for them to take the time to hear me and what i was saying All is good. Peace.

WebDoctors is a great tool to utilize when it is after your doctors business hours and when you can't go to an urgent care because it is closed also but your medical condition is not one you need to go to emergency for. Also having a 24 hour pharmacy for the doctor to send medications to is also a benefit. Now that I know I can use this service I will in the future if the need arises. The doctor got in touch with me in just a few minutes, of course you have to pay a hire fee for the quicker response, but it is worth it in the long run when you have a painful medical situation and you need a prescription for relieving the pain.

I was happy with everything except that it took just under an hour to get a call back after scheduling.

The Dr. Was great. He called well within the 57 minute time frame. He wasnt, however, willing to call a different phone number to a 24 hour CVS. He told me I needed to change it myself online.

This was actually surprisingly a very easy, and convenient experience. No long waiting to consult with the physician. Once I paid I received a call within about 30mins. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing to definitely note is that if you are in extreme pain as I was, (due to a tooth infection/abscess) you may be better off seeing your PCP or going to the er because unfortunately the physicians on this site can't write anything stronger than 800mg of Ibuprofen. I suppose it's for sure better than nothing, but definitely wasn't very much more helpful than the handfulls of otc Ibuprofen I have been swallowing. Ive been having to swallow at least 6 200mg otc Ibuprofens at a time so the ibuprofen 800mg wasn't very helpful as far as that goes but overall it was a good experience and I will definitely use it again in the future for other things.(Maybe just not for a toothache...)
