I am in between insurance having switched jobs. I ran out of a medication and needed a refill. So your service was convenient and affordable and attractive option. However when I got the doctor phone call he seemed argumentative about the refill. It’s an antidepressant and when I run out I get a little dizzy and lightheaded. He said I shouldn’t be feeling that way and the medicine would not help. I’ve taken this for nearly 10 years and ran out before it’s always the same feeling. So I had to argue my point until he finally cut me short and agreed to it. He wrote it for tablets which I pry my mistake but capsules are almost $100 less to fill. The pharmacist called and switched to capsules which I was appreciative of the doctor and staff at pharmacy. It could have been a short Q&A on my needs and situation and solved quickly without a seemingly bizarre confrontation. It’s not narcotic. Venlafaxanine XR is not what I perceive to be a drug anyone would abuse. So that disappointed me and I’m a little shy about using this again. But I’m in sales and I understand we all have our moments and first experience not necessarily proof of future.

i didn't have 200 dollars for a dr visit, the mdproactive doc gave me a presciption for my methcarbamol, but was adamant i need an mri for my chronic back issues. I have seen my pcp for several years over the issue and it has always been treated with non-narcotic muscle relaxers, i feel the telemed doctor was a bit over reactive.

Took over an hour to get a call. They also take the money from your account immediately.

Requesting an appointment was easy but the rest of the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. After setting up my call, I kept receiving an email saying my appointment request was incomplete. When I would log back in it would prompt me to put in my card info again. The money had already been taken out the first time. I recieved this email two more times, one after my call was complete. When the doctor did call they were hard to understand. He seemed frustrated and just wanted to get the call over with. Didn’t ask for me to verify who I was or what my symptoms were. The prescription was ready shortly and I’m feeling better, so that’s a plus. I like using sites like this to “see” a doctor because I have a pretty busy schedule. I just may not use this site again.

The doc called me back quickly and called in my script. The problem was it was not a generic and it wasn't covered by my insurance. Luckily the pharmacist called into another pharmacy and fixed it for me. I wouldve had to pay $75 instead of $3.

I like the fact that I don’t have to wait couple days to see a doctor but the doctor did not ask anything. He wasn’t even trying to diagnose. The phone call was less than 30 seconds long

Time to recieve call was much longer than expected. Dr. Was very impersonal, almost borderline rude. Prescription called in to pharmacy was wrong. Dr. Did not return pharmacy phone call to correct. Waited almost 5 hours to get corrected medication for a child with ear infections.
