The process was very convenient and the Doctor was very pleasant. We talked about my symptoms similar to the last time I had bronchitis. Low grade fever for several days, body aches and skin sensitivity as well as coughing up sputum. The prescriptions were called in within 3 hours. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the cough pills are not effective and do nothing to sooth body aches. The liquid cough syrup is much more effective and addresses cough as well as the body aches and headache that goes with it. Overall process is very convenient though especially on a Sunday

Little mix up with the scripts either being called in or maybe at the pharmacy. Love the convenience of WebDoctors and appreciate the response to the mix up.
