What the website says and the service provided does not match. That being said they were able to assist in a refill.

Call took for ever was very short and got hung up on. But did get the right meds so....

It was helpful. But the doctor only gave me about 3 minutes of his time. He spoke very poor English. And it took hours to get my badly needed prescription filled.

I needed a refill on s prescription as I am now out of town - went to the website, registered, and within 15 minutes received call from a doctor - who was able to write prescription and send to pharmacy for me - Very convenient and super helpful as my doctor was out of town and I didn’t know where to turn - thank you!

It was fine. I got the prescription for the UTI - but I accidentally missed the first call and you can’t call them back. And the customer service number isn’t the prescribing doctor. So I was FUDGING TERRIFIED that I paid $40 for nothing. The doctor called again so it was fine but there should be a way to call back in case you accidentally miss the call.

Didn't like the fact I'm paying to talk to a Dr. who says I need to get a full Dr check up, even though fully healthy, exercise daily, on no medications, have no issues & same weight as when in college??

I agree with most reviewers that the convenience is wonderful. However, the physician seemed rushed. Let's say he had no 'phone side manner'. Mind you I didn't want to chat. I had requested in writing Ventolin HFA. He proscribed ProAir HFA, which I realize is also albuterol. However, my insurance preferred Ventolin. The pharmacy tried to call the Dr and got the answering service. They did ultimately fill my prescription. They couldn't tell me how much my insurance would have paid if I have purchased Ventolin, probably less.

Website was down for days. Should have added a banner explaining outage and approximate days until repair. Otherwise, fine.
