I had to wait several minutes for my physician to get my medical record because it didn't initially come through and then after consultation, the approved prescription never got to my pharmacist after I called to confirm. I sent a message to WebDoctors regarding the fact my pharmacy hasn't received the order and, so far, it still hasn't been received. It's been 2 days and no prescription yet...to be determined...

Bad experience. Doctor approved my requested prescription and then they sent me a denial letter. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Would not recommend using this online service.

The doctor was kind, helpful, and friendly but called me at 1:15 AM. The conversation lasted all of 3 minutes. I do appreciate the quick response time, but believe the average person wouldn’t be awake to take the call. The doctor prescribed me a very large dosage of what I’ve found out is a somewhat dangerous antibiotic. I’m 97 lbs and was given a dose that is about the highest anyone can take. After hours of heart palpitations, difficulty breathing, dizziness, chest pains, vaginal itching, and intestinal pain, I checked myself into Urgent Care where the doctor confirmed I should NOT have been prescribed that specific antiobiotic, especially at such a high dose. After this experience, I will not ever use this service again, and will not recommend it to anyone.

I specifically was seeking a demotologist since I had been to a GP. An internal medicine doctor called for the appointment. He was not interested in hearing what I was trying to tell him about my previous in person appointment, prescribed antibiotic I had already had from the GP, (but I did not realize this at the time) and some topical solution that has done nothing. So $100 later after appointment and prescription, I have to start all over somewhere else. Waste of time and money.

Consult for STD treatment paid $59.99. Per Dr Garg, he thought I had a UTI, not an STD and prescribed Cipro antibiotic for UTI. My symptoms became worse and I had to consult with a different physician at a different agency and paid again and he provided the correct medication. What a waste of money. A UTI consult is also $20 less and I was not refunded for the difference. Also the doc spends literally like 1 minute on the phone with you. Started using Call on Doc instead!

I still have not received my prescription and poor customer service

Awful. Waited three hours and didn’t get a call. The website is now glitching and won’t let me log in. It also won’t let me send a message because it says there’s an error. I wasted my entire morning. Regret it.
