I had a very disappointing experience working with this company. David Kelp and David Carter handled our project, but the entire process was disorganized from start to finish. Communication was poor, follow-ups were inconsistent, and I repeatedly had to reach out myself just to get updates on work that had already been promised. What was most frustrating was that there seemed to be a strong focus on collecting payment, but once payment was made, the level of responsiveness and urgency dropped significantly. Deadlines were missed, updates were not provided proactively, and I felt that customer service was no longer a priority. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and stressful. I expected clear communication, accountability, and timely follow-through, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company improves its project management, communication, and customer support for future clients.

Who is writing these reviews? This is a fraudulent account. Don’t waste your money. They took $400 from me. Never responds to emails. Their names are fake.

Jack has been superb through out this whole process. From the Logo, to the website and even business cards, he delivered exactly what I wanted and more. His professional approach to building a relationship is unmatched. I will be getting more services in the immediate future and couldn't he happier with the services. 5 stars isn't high enough for the service I received

My experience so far have been OUTSTANDING. Jack has been top notch on listening to my desires for my company. He has given my expanded insight on the our company's logo to start with, then with his supreme guidance and knowledge we created the most unique web design I've ever seen. He knew I was very particular in inexperienced in this and he walked me through the process with patience like you wouldn't believe. I had so many questions and he had a answer for everything. When I didn't understand he said it it a way that I would understand it. That meant alot and I will continue to use Jack and The Logo Wall Street to further service my company's needs.
