Here is my story… I started out with a sales person who was super nice. Never mentions anything about the revision clause in their 100% money back terms. He promised a full website in 30 days! The website I got back wasn’t in English and didn’t have anything we were looking for. So we asked if they could change it and they of course said yes! At that point we lost our money!!! Disgrace!!! Now we are 6 months and still no website and they stopped replying to all our emails! My startup company is now out $2000. We are a cabinet company and we have an amazing website made by Kitchen365! They are amazing! Do not do business with design lane! They still have not offered to fix or give us any money back! Scam!!!! Also the good reviews are from people who work with them in their scam! Haha

Scam! Worst website design! Got scammed out of $2000! Please read their website terms and conditions. They do not offer 100% money back if you ask for a revision. They stopped replying to all emails! Now we are left with nothing!

this was what happened to me with web design lane. I hired his service at the end of December in early January 2021 with the first person I spoke to was with Nate supposedly he was a person who designed pages but later I realized that it was a lie it was only customer services he spoke to me wonders that they could do everything I wanted to not make the story so long, I hired them, paid my first deposit and from there the nightmare began, everything changed, it was no longer Nate who I had to talk to, now it was Dwayne Lucas when I started asking what I wanted, they could no longer do it to me. They made excuses I had to almost fight for them to do what I wanted. They supposedly were going do the whole page and contents I paid for them to do it for me because I did not have time but the time was getting longer and longer and more and more a month pass two months three months four. And in the end they never finished it for me I was already very upset that I didn't want anything I wanted my money back. They guaranteed me 100% return if I was not happy, but that was not true either, they just lie, they waste your time, you get frustrated and you forget about them and they steal your money that way. do not do business with this company you cannot be trusted. and this is their page for you to see webdesignlane.com

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, and Ive never left one until now. Im non-confrontational by nature and would rather avoid the stress. But on this occasion its been that bad that its basically negligent of me not too. This company has no integrity. In short, if you are thinking of working with Web Design Lane, I recommend you not to have anything to do with them. So in my case this is what happened. Im a small business owner wanting to update our website on shopify. I was told that web design lane could meet my needs and that not only would they exceed my expectations, they had a 100% refund policy for peace of mind. THIS was key to me making my decision and Nate emphasised this emphatically multiple times. I have a copy of the online chat transcript. A proposal was sent to me with terms and conditions at the bottom. I read them and they were clear and to the point and aligned with exactly what Nate had said. I therefore proceeded to pay $2599 for their services. Worst decision I could have made, because now I cannot get my money back. After 4 months of very poor communication, refusal to understand simple requests over the phone, missed appointments when I was promised call backs which never eventuated, and below average quality of work when they did work, I began to question the competence and professionalism of the company. (Jim, Jack and Dwayne were the 3 I dealt with, Jack was especially hard to work with, he was abrasive and simple instructions were ignored repeatedly but Dwayne was the worst) The problem with me is that Im too patient and this went on for 4 months! So after all this I decided I would take a refund and cancel the project. After requesting this, multiple times I was told someone would contact me in the next few days, but again I wouldn’t hear from anyone. I had to ask again repeatedly by email, and tell them that I had cancelled the project indefinitely. This carried on for 2 - 3 weeks. Finally Dwayne Lucas from billing called and informed me that they would give me an 80% refund and that it would take 30 days to process. I told him this wasn’t acceptable given their own terms and conditions. As it “turns out” however, they claim to have another set of terms and conditions on their website which states that a 100% refund is promised for 30 days only. I was not referred to this once! And the proposal I signed had no reference to this clause! However Dwayne Lucas abjectly refused a full refund. I opened a credit card dispute however because of the lapsed time Amex wouldn’t investigate further. Now Dwayne Lucas does not reply to my emails and phone calls and has refused an 80% refund. Like I said, this company has no integrity. (Incidentally Dewayne Lucas was the most rude person I’ve dealt with in business to date. He was sarcastic, didn’t hide his smirks when I demanded a refund as promised by Nate and flatly denied my requests to look at the proposal I originally signed or the chat transcript with Nate on Day 1. I still don’t know if he’s read it because he’s ghosted me. I have been respectful and polite throughout the ordeal.) This whole experience has added to the stress that has majorly affected my health.

I'm a small business owner who wanted to have an online presence. I found this company online and after speaking with the salesman, he promised a professional website with good service. However, I received the opposite. Little did I know that I was going to spend thousands of dollars and in return get nothing but headaches and now credit card disputes, litigation and I'm still waiting on a refund. After two months, I found out that they did not understand the project that I wanted or could not deliver. They kept giving me deadlines and nothing would get done. They would wait until the day of the deadline to tell me that it was not done. This happened a few times. The salesman had promised a 100% money back guarantee so I asked for a refund. They started to give me the run around. I then created a credit card dispute, and that's when they told me that they were going to refund me in 30 days. To no one's surprise it's been 40 days and still no refund. I'm re-opening my credit card this dispute today. I've spoken to several people, some pretend to be managers/billing dept/ etc... It feels like a big scam. After reading some of the reviews on here and trust pilot some people share the same sentiment. I would encourage everyone to please save yourself money headaches and possible a bigger scam and not do any business with these people. Just another lesson to be careful who you meet online and who you do business with.

Horrible experience, Web-design-Lane is the worst webcompany. All those great reviews are suspicious. Now, you know... J'ai testé cette société, rien ne s'est passé comme promis et ils n'ont jamais livré ce pourquoi ils avaient été engagés.

This website is horrible and a scam. We have been waiting for 4 months, and we have given them clear instructions, along with the pictures. When we check the update, they only made one change or no change. We discovered that there are bad reviews on this website all over the internet. Please STOP using this service and we will file a lawsuit against them for false advertising.

My demand was not much! i said them to deliver my project on time. and it was 2 month, i got no reply. I paid advance, and they scammed me.
