Everything seemed to go well at first. We met and they seemed to understand what I needed. I made a couple of revisions to the example web site. Then, they tried to extort me for ADA compliance which should be part of the original build, not an add-on. I said I'll do that part myself and to just give me the web site in HTML format because I was going to host on IIS. They repeatedly sent me the site in WordPress format and said I can make that work on IIS. Not what I ordered. See you in court.

This is a big scam. I went to them 2 years ago and they charged me 1000$ to built my wordpress site. It took them more than 4 months and finally they couldn't deliver the project. In the last four months I spoke to 3 account manager and never was I able to see their face. I never got my money back. Please don't trust this company and their sister company too logo design lane.

Web Design Lane has been investigated by "The San Francisco District Attorney's Office of "The Consumer Protection Unit", as a result of their "documented fraud" I gave to the authorities. If you wish to verify this, call the The San Francisco District Attorney's Office of "The Consumer Protection Unit", and ask for the Investigator regarding Web Design Lane"!! This is only the beginning of the Investigation, since I have "documented fraud" committed by the corrupt "Web Design Lane" which has been distributed to the Authorities. The "documented fraud" committed by Web Design Lane" will continue to be exposed to all authorities and the innocent public they "illegally" stole from. Ask Web Design Lane who the "concealed" CEO is who refuses to be identified. I can't disclose now of "all" the "illegal" acts committed, but Web Design Lane will be shocked at what employees have told me regarding their crimes!!!!!!!!! The initial contact was great. Promises galore. They said everything would be quick and seemless. Nothing has been. 2 1/2 weeks into this I still have nothing completed. Promised a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Ive asked for a refund and got the run around. New agent new promises please give us another chance. So I agreed. Was told I’d get an email with the guarantee of the refund if the second chance they asked for didn’t satisfy me. No email. No answer at the phone number. Nothing. People like these need jail time. So I’m going to call some legal help in their area of the address listed. Very disappointed. Shame on this company to take advantage of people. Disgusted.

Abysmal service - ZERO STARS – BEWARE! This was my experience for over a year(!). These people are scammers. The salespeople, project managers, and programmers at Web Design Lane/Blitz Mobile Apps are dishonest and/or have NO idea what they are doing. They will take your money and lead you on for months and months with shoddy work and platitudes until you are about to tear your hair out. Then they will ask for more money!! Their mockup designs are amateurish. They can’t understand simple instructions verbally, in writing, or with detailed visual mockups. Their communications were condescending and misogynistic. They say they have a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee which THEY WILL NOT HONOR, even if you have it in writing. They won’t answer your calls or show up for meetings. Deadlines come and go over and over for months. The “company” cannot be reached via their website or phone. Thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours were wasted with nothing to show for it. Web Design Lane (bought out by Blitz Mobile Apps) is pathetic in every way. The design examples and testimonials on their website are probably fake. Do yourself a favor and work with any other company besides this one.

Not at all what was promised to me. Nothing has been done in over 6 months. Correspondence goes ignored, project manger is incredibly rude. Try to upsell you on unneeded services

I happened to speak to Jack who called me on behalf of Web Design Lane. When I started speaking to him and asking him about my project update, he said his company - Coders Avenue has acquired Web Design Lane. That is the reason they were not able to get in touch with me for a month. Then I asked Jack to refund my money, he hasn't got back to me yet. And if I don't get my money back I will take a legal action on both the two companies.

DO NOT USE THIS CO!! I paid upfront for website creation and logo and after more than 2 months nothing has been finished. They keep trying to make you pay for extra services once they’ve charged for a service and then claim it’s not included. When you complain they change the person taking care of your account and mention that the previous person no longer works there. In 2 months I’ve had 5 people dealing with my account. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
