Bad company bad business ethics its all a money grab! Watch for the red flags. Watch for outrageous charges for doing simple things to make your website functional. I created a catering website called Evolpalate.com If you look at the website it's looks highly unprofessional and has mispelled words everywhere. I'm $1500 in the whole on a new business alot of hidden fees to make the site functional. They are based in India so no way you will get your money back. Make sure to spell check the entire site with a fine tooth comb. CUSTOMERS are telling me about all the links that don't work because I did not thoroughly check. As a gesture of good faith you would think they would make minor spelling adjustments or fix links that don't work but they take the opportunity to grab more money be careful. These companies have zero respect for our country and how hard it is being a small business owner here. Any company that pretends to be in the USA but is Based actually in India that should be a red flag they make millions on scamming the American people.

This company is a scam! It is not in the USA. They have fake reviews. This company has my money I don’t want to do business with them, the fake man Felix that’s in India said he will give me a refund then changed his mind. And no one had not designed anything for me!!!! Because I don’t want a web design! Be careful! This crazy man has had my money for months! It’s spent!

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for your feedback regarding your experience with our company. Your input is invaluable to us, and we take it seriously.
Firstly, let me address your concern of us being a scam, you signed up with us around 4 months ago and right after you signed up, you stopped responding and didn't fill out the brief form to get the project started as per the standard operating procedure of any development company, we kept trying to reach out to you and try to get the project started as it is our obligation to do so, which makes the acquisition of being a scam really illogical and baseless, if we were a scam and wanted to steal your money ($250) and run away, we wouldn't have been having this conversation today and a negative review on any platform would not have mattered to us at all, but that clearly isn't the case and we are still trying to be the reasonable party in this entire situation and compensate for any inconvenience you faced and to show our willingness to find a resolution to your issue by offering a $500 website you signed up for at $250 you have already paid. I am not sure if you are familiar with business practices of this industry but if you change your mind, we or any provider is not obligated to refund any signing fee you pay, it states in our refund policy that we only provide a refund or money-back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction with quality of work which in your case is not applicable, the project was never initiated and from our end we have been doing all we can to come to a professional resolution with you which you have been avoiding for some reason.
What we fail to understand is that why would you purposefully want to defame a company that has been responsive, trying to deliver what it committed and trying again and again to provide you with customer service. If there's anything you would like to discuss and bring to our attention, it is our department's sole responsibility to resolve client issues and make sure you are satisfied and get what you paid for at the end, I would still request you to give me 10-15 minutes of your time and let's talk on the phone, I am sure, we can find a resolution to this issue which is feasible and reasonable for both parties.
Please let me know what is the best day and time to speak over the phone and discuss the entire matter and the best possible resolution to the in detail.
