They're nothing more than a scam organization. They do not deliver the completed product. And if you don't know what you're doing you will not get your money back. They still owe me a Chunk of money and have not delivered me my website

WebConica recently designed a new logo and website for my business. The design process was straightforward, and the results fit perfectly with my vision. The logo looks sharp and professional, and the website is both functional and attractive. I’m satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend their services.

In December 2023, I engaged Webconica to update my Shopify site. They sold me on a project that included exporting the site to their server with a professional design. As of August 21, 2024, despite numerous follow-ups over the past months, I am still without any response regarding my project.

WebConica's digital platform development disappointed. Lack of innovation and scalability hindered effectiveness. Numerous bugs undermined functionality, limiting growth prospects. Overall, a missed opportunity.

I contracted with webconica back in October of 2023 to update an existing website and create an additional website including adding a membership option on both sites. It was supposed to take about 3-4 weeks. To date I have not received any product output from this company. I finally requested a refund for what I was supposed to receive. I have only received a fraction of what I paid to have this work done. I was supposed to receive a refund for the rest but that has not happened. I have tried to reach the company in 2 different locations but continue to get a run-around...no results. I used TrustPilot to help me contract with this company but have been treated terribly by the company and after 6 months still have not received my product or my refund. Needless to say I am not very happy the way I have been treated. Update as of 5/22/24: Surprise...Surprise...I have not received the latest promise of a completed project. When I called the number today for the company the number has been disconnected.
