Hello, There have been major delays due to COVID 19 which we informed all customers of PRIOR to ordering. We have no control on the shipping speed of USPS once we hand your order over to them. Again, we understand your frustration, however this information about possible shipping delays is made of knowledge to you MULTIPLE TIMES before ordering.

Some how the Paypal checkout method created an error in our system, which caused us to never receive your order. We manually created your order today, It will be shipped out tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience. We also threw in a FREE pair of padded socks for the mistake on our end.
