Decent product but they are not completely honest. They advertise their products are proudly made in America but the window rain stops plainly state made in Germany.

Way overrated, and not worth the money. I think they should check their lasers. I ordered floor liners for my car. When I installed them there were gaps by the drivers door. I called customer service and they asked me to take them out turn them upside down and place a weight on them overnight. I followed their instructions, put them back in my car and the gap was still there. Called Customer Service back and asked if I could exchange them, they wanted me to purchase them again, and send the first set back for a refund. I was finally able to convince them to send me the new set and promised to return first set. Unfortunately I had the same exact problem with the replacements. Mike Loukis

The hp floor mats which the video says that the hp mats have extra length on the door side is misleading. I bought the set for a 2022 ford edge and they do not have that extra length. Actually are only a little better than the mats that came with the edge which are prety nice compared with what you used to get. Had i known and had the wife not already installed i would not have ordered. Customer service said I should have looked at the picture not the video which said hp has extra coverage.

The CupFone XL don't fit the VW Tiguan as advertised. Customer service refuse to understand and just blamed me. Now I have to pay the shipping to return this "universal" product.

Just bought a mat for the rear cargo area of my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Arrived in a box that was open on the top, someone had attempted to reseal with a piece of clear packing tape that had not stuck. ($18 for shipping not less. Do it right!) The edge of the mat that was at the open end of box was all rippled. Had hoped it would straighten out, but so far has not. as to "custom" fit. Mat was a little too long, partially covering the recessed part of the back gate. So far has not interfered with the gate closing, but potential is there if you don't constantly check that it's pushed back. Also mat partially covers the metal tie back loops on the outer edges of the cargo area. As to quality of mat... very flimsy, very disappointing. Would never recommend any of their products and would NEVER but from them again. I suppose I could return this, but have no intention of paying twice for shipping. Also, they suggest a four star rating on their website, but there is no way for a customer to actually review their product on their website. Suspect I would downgrade stars to one star as time goes on. Stay away from this product.

Last summer I purchased WeatherTech side window deflectors for a 2020 Honda CRV, and had them installed by WeatherTech at their location. After a year with them I can confidently say that I regret the purchase. The deflectors rattle when you close the doors, they prevent the windows from closing 100% resulting in more road noise, and they completely interfere with the closing of the front windows. They say you can't use the auto-up function to close the windows, that you have to hold the button until the window closes, however even that doesn't work and the windows go up and down again and sometimes takes 3 or 4 tries before the window stays up. I did my research before purchasing them and thought, all-in-all, that I had made a reasonable choice, but for me they are a disappointment and money wasted. Should have gone with the Honda external-mount deflectors instead!

I’ve had to replace my items more than twice now

Purchased floor mats for a Silverado High Country a they are very hard to clean t usually takes three scrubbings with a brush to get dirt out of bottom of groves. They are stiff and do not conform to the floor. Would definitely not purchase again.
