I ordered my floor Mats 3 days ago, and the CSR on the phone said they ship in 24-48 hours. When I pressed her on it saying it was day 3, she got very short with me and hung up without saying, thank you, good buy, have a good day, NOTHING! To the weather tech leadership, I’ve had weather tech product for 14 years. Piss poor customer service IS NOT acceptable. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Saw the TV ad claiming they "Got it". No matter the brand they "Got it". Then the guy on the TV scanned through years and manufactures saying "Got it". They repeatedly said "We Got it". So I looked up my vehicle because they claimed they "Got it!" Nope. Not for my 1929 Chevrolet AC International. YOU DONT GOT IT! STOP ADVERTISING "YOU GOT IT"

I HAVE A 1999 FORD TAURUS WEATHER TECH DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCT AVAILABLE. Y ARE THEY SAYING THIS IF NOT TRUE ????? CHANGE UR COMMERCIALS !!!! FACT, 68 MILLION VEHICLES THE YEAR 2000 AND LESS ARE STILL ON THE ROAD IN THE U.S.

"WARNING: Part #120125 Does NOT Fit 2025 Denali Ultimate Rear." They refuse to acknowledge and won't even check themselves. They asked for a picture which i refused as I don't work for them. I got a refund, even the gmc dealer said the catalog says they do not fit the 2025 yukon xl denali ultimate. Weathertech insists they do.

They’re return policy is non existent. Customer service is rude. Go with any other company instead. So many new competitors with better pricing and quality like tuxmat.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Their product didn’t fit so I sent it back and paid for the shipping. They refunded me at the end of one month and the beginning of the next and I didn’t notice it. Now, months later, they billed me for their mistake. Their CEO is a fascist multibillionaire. I should have known better than to order from them in the first place.

This will definitely be my final purchase from WeatherTech, a brand I have previously trusted. When I decided to order mats and a tailgate mat from their website, I admittedly took the easy route without shopping around, resulting in a significant cost of $647. While that was my oversight, what I cannot overlook is the frustrating delay in delivery. Living only four hours away from their warehouse in Canada, I expected a prompt delivery. However, after four business days (six with the weekend), my order is still stuck in the processing stage. Seeking clarification on the delay, I was met with a disappointing response stating that it could take up to 10 working days before they even ship my items, followed by an additional 10 business days for delivery. A full month from payment to receipt is simply unacceptable. Comparatively, ordering from China would have ensured a much faster delivery, with a two-week timeframe. This lack of urgency and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied and convinced that I will never order from WeatherTech again.

This poor little fledgling company cannot make mats for my highly rare vehicle which happens to be a Ford F-150.. So I emailed the company and yeah they don't make them They make the I'm close to fit Matt and then you have to cut me to fit your vehicle... . So yeah I'm not impressed... I do not recommend and I would never purchase from them I found exact fit mats on other places and we're cheaper anyway
