Got brand new floor mats for my Ford ranger by WeatherTech! Took out of the box and installed but we're curled up at the gas pedal and upon entry on driver side and upon entry on passenger Called WeatherTech and the tecnician said I have to set them outside in the sun with weights on them for 3 days! My advice is stay away from WeatherTech there are better brands out there!

I got mats for the back of my Ford F150 seats and they came folded up and they would never lay flat. I put them down thinking maybe the heat from the car would make them relax, but they never did very disappointed.

I really thought $150.00 for each seat cover would get me a specific cover for the vehicle. What I got was just a seat cover for any vehicle. I called and was not impressed with the customer service. The covers go over the lever on the side so it really is hard to use the lever.

I bought a backseat protector and cargo mat for my 2024 Tucson Nline. The seat protector was a little disappointing as it did not seem to have the coverage and thickness as seen on TV and their website. The cargo liner fit nicely everywhere EXCEPT one side - there was a lot of extra line that would not lay flat. A little chinzy for the prices charged.

I bought a set of 4 mats for 2 different cars. One set of mats came in with the proper cut and color. The other set came in the correct color, but the wrong cut for the front passenger. When contacting the company to let them know the mat was cut incorrectly, they did everything possible to say it was my fault and I must be doing something wrong. I sent a picture. I wasn't placing it incorrectly. The cut is simply incorrect. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told them what I ordered is not what I got and I prefer not to have to go directly to my cc company to get reimbursed, I prefer they handle the situation properly. So instead of just sending me out a new front passenger mat or offering to refund part of the order so I could go buy a front mat elsewhere, they said if I wanted a refund, I would have to print a label, find a box, pack them all back up, drive to a ups/fed, drop off the box, and then I could get a refund. I don't have a printer and asked that they mail me a label and set up for someone to pick up from my house. Crickets for over a week. I'm just going to my credit card. It will be easier than working with them. Attention Weathertech: Just make it right, in the easiest way possible, for the customer. It's really that simple. This mistake was on your end. So I, the customer, shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make it right for myself. All you have to do is have good email CSR's who just handle things properly. That's it. Mistakes happen. That's ok. It shouldn't have to take a bunch of time to have to deal with it.

So disappointed:On 12/26/23 my husband placed his 1500 ram truck floor mats in his truck and they did not fit properly,even though I had ordered them according to make model and type of his truck He and I were very disappointed for the amount of money I paid. Over $200.00 dollars!!!

Purchased window deflectors, bed liner, and tailgate kit for my 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Very disappointed with the rear window deflectors as they drop down and do not stay in place at the rear end. I followed the installation instructions to a tee. They are marked as made in Germany, not in the USA as WeatherTech advertises. Also disappointed with the thickness of the bed liner. It does not even appear to be as thick as the floor mats that I had previously purchased.

Bought these online to the UK. Product material is already showing a sort of ingrained white dirt after less than a month. Was expecting the floor mats to fit perfectly. In the ball park but not good enough for the price of £200 plus. To top it off had to pay an additional £68 on top of delivery cost for import duties. Anyone thinking of buying this product, don't just get a totally different product, trust me!
