I bought a set of floor liners. Unfortunately they don't fit my car. I wrote to WeatherTech and they gave me a refund immediately ! I have 3 years ago bought floor liners from WeatherTech for an other car and they fit perfectly. Great customer service - i can only recommend WeatherTech.

I have Weathertech in my 2012 Carvan. One day we were transporting warmed nacho cheese in a crockpot in the front passenger seat when it spilled. We pulled over, did a quick wipe and clean up and started driving again. Weathertech mats protected my carpet from the spill and potential smell for weeks with this kind of spill. Since then I have purchased weathertech for my other vehicles, 2001 4Runner, 2016 Suburban and 2017 Jetta. Weathertech may be a little bit pricey but they are worth every penny.

Our experience with Tami in Customer Service was exceptional. Although I did have to wait in line on the phone before I got the opportunity to speak with her, when we did speak she was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Cannot express our appreciation enough. This kind of customer service is very difficult to find these days.

Was a little skeptical while ordering for my 2020 Mazda 6 but not anymore as my mats arrived today. It literally took me 15 minutes to install all 4 mats and the trunk liner. They fit like a glove and look as if factory installed. I think they even enhance the cars look. Thanks you WeatherTech!

Expensive but you get quality custom mats for the price. I purchased front and back for my Skoda Yeti 4x4. Delivered within 5 days and perfect fit. Got these after I saw them on my friends Golf GTi. The mats are made of a durable plastic and took seconds to fit.

I own an older Acura that's in great condition and I wanted to keep the interior as good as possible. (Car is a 1998) The cheap floor and trunk mats from local big box retailers weren't good. Dirty snow water would leak/drip off the sides of the cheap mats and replacing ancient Acura carpet is expensive. You can only steam clean them so much. So I decided to order from Weathertech. They are near me in Illinois but I ended up ordering online for delivery to my house. The order process was easy and I received prompt order acknowledgment and shipping information. The mats are really nice and the lip on them keeps all the winter slush confined to the mat and not on my car's carpet. I would order again from Weathertech and consider the rather premium cost of the mats worth the investment I made.
