I purchased the rather expensive sunshade, thinking it was a custom fit for 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It is not a good fit and does not stay up. And I got the carry bag for it. The bag is almost twice as long as necessary. I am very disappointed. A waste of money.

There was a scratch on one of the window deflectors that I didn't notice until I had already finished installing all the deflectors. I emailed WeatherTech and customer service told me it could've been me that damaged the deflector and because it was already installed they would only offer me 10% off. I said I didn't want $17 I wanted a window deflector without a factory defect. Still waiting on a response. Not sure why the deflector being installed was the issue, if I had seen the scratch before the install and emailed WeatherTech they could just say I scratched it BEFORE the install, maybe WeatherTech's slogan should be something about calling their customers liars 👎👎 If WeatherTech gets back to me and will replace the damaged deflector I will update this review. ***WeatherTech replaced the damaged deflector. I'm still unhappy with having to get into a dispute about a $5 piece of plastic but I guess some companies put absolute bottom line over potential repeat customers 🤷‍♂️ **updated to a 2 ⭐️ rating because of the replacement part being sent

Purchased a premium cup phone holder. It wouldn't tighten enough to keep the phone upright. I had to use glue to make the holder work properly. The adjustment screw needs to be longer with maybe a rubber washer.

Got Floor liners and cargo liners for my 2021 Toyota Rav4 Prime. The floor liners fit well and look good. But the cargo liner did not fit right. After calling WeatherTech they told me my cargo liners need to be trim. Which was not mention when i purchase them. So even after I trimmed them per recommendation they are still too wide in the back. Not happy. Thought they were custom fit..

We have been buying WeatherTech floor liners since they first came out. We've had three separate vehicles over those years on progressively the quality and craftsmanship has significantly declined. Would not buy them again

Really disappointed in this product. After years of them telling me how great the product is and how well it fits and how it's made in the US, i bought a set for my new 2024 GMC Sierra. Front fits fine. The back is cut too large and won't lay flat. The doors catch the outer edges, and they just fold up. They look like crap. I emailed WeaterTech with an inquiry, but nobody bothered to respond. Terribly disappointed in the product and the company.

Ordered rear bucket seat covers for my Explorer. Since my dog rides in the back I wanted to protect the seats. Well after having 3 people review the instructions and try to install, I gave up. Way too complicated and if I needed to remove them for passengers it would be a nightmare. Ended up ordering seat covers off of facebook that work perfectly.

Man. I thought I was doing the right thing. Weathertech says "We Never Left" and tout they're made in America. So i order window deflectors for my car. Yeah, its a Subaru so take this with a grain of salt. Speaking of salt, i live in Utah and we get a decent amout of snow and i drive 80 miles a day, dry, rain, snow, ice. Whatever. I open the package and go to put them on the car. Big 'ol sticker says " Made in Germany". REALLY??? I can send pictures if youd like to see them.
