What a company! I purchase front and back seat mats for my car. Because it is tan and has tan seats, I selected tan mats. When I put them in, they looked pretty bad, not the same tan color and clashed with the black carpeting. I called them and was happy to hear that they will accept return (they sent a FedEx shipping label) and will send me black ones. the call took 5 minutes.. Can't ask for more.

Weathertech has never disappointed me. Often times other complaints come from wrong ordering information. I have purchased many products and give them top marks!

I ordered some rain guard and floor mats from WeatherTech and that is the best product I have ever spent my money on perfect fit and I need one replaced because I broke it putting it in hassle free hands down the best place to order

I have never heard of anyone ever wearing out a weather tech floor mat. I have a 2014 f-350. I put weathertech floor mats in 2 days after I bought( I have weather tech in all of my vehicles) I was vacuuming my floors last night and realized the driver side mat had worn all the way through. Sand and dirt and gravel was in my carpet. I will still buy weather tech.

I love my new liners for my new 2021 Venza. They fit perfect and were cut and sent so quick. I couldn't believe how quick my order was processed.

I purchased window deflectors one year ago from WeatherTech. We did have some difficulty installing but all in all a good purchase. This morning, I noticed my front passenger side deflector missing. I looked at my work and home parking and could not locate. I called WeatherTech, had my order number and David sent me out a replacement! I am so pleased. It was some of the best noncomplicated customer service I have received in a long time.

Purchased window deflectors for me Jeep Cherokee in May 2020. I paid twice as much as most brands for 2 reasons, made in America & they make the kind that goes inside the window. They're pretty thick & up until a week ago held up great. I was out with friends & the rear deflector flew off when the window was put down. I emailed warranty support & they responded right away. Within a couple hours I had replacements coming. That's how you stand behind your product.
