Poor customer service!!! You can’t rely to their product. Insisting to buy a new one. That is pathetic.per Alloy bed truck cover- there is no durability on this product. Poor quality design.

Ordered 4 days ago and do not have a shipping/tracking number yet. Made similar order for another rig from a competitor and received it in 24 hours. Seems this business has grown to big/too fast to keep up with demands.

Bought floor mats because I had an excellent experience with this company 15 years ago. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The driver's mat leaves roughly 15–20% of the floor uncovered, the passenger mat won't lie flat, and the fit is nowhere near what I'd expect from a vehicle-specific product. Customer service confused my vehicle with a completely different platform, then insisted the mats had been test-fitted instead of addressing the obvious fitment problem. Either I was sent the wrong product and they refused to correct it, or their advertised fitment isn't accurate. The material also feels noticeably cheaper than it used to. For the price, this was an expensive mistake, and I wouldn't buy from them again.

Paid $90 for Scratch protection and $160 for No Drill Mud Flaps. Thought these were supposed to be LASER CUT to be exact. They aren't, especially the Scratch protection. I had to cut and trim basically all the pieces! For $80, it should be exact. You can get same quality product on Amazon for 1/4 of the price. Doubt I will ever use WT again

Floor mats and side window deflectors were given as gift to me for my 2025 Santa FE. I am extremely disappointed by the fit of these so called precision, laser measured items. The passenger side mat is ill fitting, with a huge gap by the sill/door area. The side window deflectors slip and slide as the windows are lowered................. and YES! ..............I followed installation instructions to the letter. So much for "Made in America" if this sub par quality is the best they can do.

Just poor quality products, advertise all they want, but the product is cheap

I ordered the cargo liner for my new GMC Terrain. While the fit was good, the two way tape that held the liner to the back of the fold down seats failed almost immediately. The company sent a replacement and it failed almost as quickly. I will never again buy these overpriced products from this company.

Purchase the phone cupholder. My order # U08637713 arrived today. Tried all adapters and VERY poorly fitment. Paid high price for USA made. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!
