very poor customer service.originally told the order would be shipped in two packages. got the tracking for one, but not the 2nd. I was told they would both arrive the same day. when calling again, I was given a tracking number for an item that is in stock, but hasn't shipped. Husky makes a better product for 1/2 the price

Product didn't fit properly and now is curling up. Terrible product and they won't warranty it, 0 customer service.

I want to share my experience as an international customer, in case it's useful to others. I ordered WeatherTech FloorLiners for my BMW (Order #M00007735, roughly $254 USD). The first shipment never reached me — according to the carrier, it was recalled/returned to WeatherTech's factory. To their credit, customer service opened a UPS case and reshipped the order. However, the replacement that arrived was the wrong product — mats that do not fit my vehicle. By this point I had already paid for the product itself plus the logistics and import taxes required to bring it into Mexico, so the error has cost me real money on top of the purchase. I reported this on May 18 with a photo showing the mats don't fit, and followed up on May 22 and again on July 1. As of late July I have received no meaningful resolution and no reply to my most recent messages. I'm not looking for anything beyond what I paid for: either the correct FloorLiners delivered, or a full refund including the costs caused by the mistake. WeatherTech publicly describes customers as its "number one priority" and promises to "work with them to reach a fair resolution." I'd simply like them to honor that here. I'll update this review as soon as the matter is resolved.

They take forever to ship an item. I placed an order four days ago. They did not fill it until yesterday and now they tell me it won't ship for another two days. That will place it well over a week from order to receiving the items. They never sent me any update on my order or kept me informed as to the status of my order. When I call the customer service to inquire about it a very rude individual answered the call and proceeded to argue with me. He got loud and had very short answers and did not care about customer service and helping a customer. I now know why this company has such a low rating. After he went off on me I asked to speak to a supervisor. He claimed he was a supervisor! Noe it all makers sense the leadership is the problem. I will never spend another nickel with this sorry company.

I received my windshield protection for my Toyota bZ 2026 AWD. First: I received the package in a damaged box and humidity was present inside the shield. Tried to let it dry, but the aluminum shield just peeling from humidity. Second the shield seems to be too short to have a perfect fit, as the top always falling and leaves a gap between the windshield and the shield itself. Even if I try to pull it upwards and squeeze it under the car lining, it just don't stay in place. I had to built a plastic retaining plate to keep it in place near the front camera otherwise it always fall. I thought that the quality was a lot better, but it seems to be built with cheap material and an improperly designed as it is too short to stay in place. At least an inch too short as the base of the windshield extends farther that the dotted black line of the windshield. Have you ever tried it on a real car ? The quality of the product doesn't match what is presented on Weathertech website. Very disappointed, is a polite way to say my feelings right now. It will probably fit better in my trash can.

No tracking info sent for order The 3rd row mat of my Toyota sienna did not fit. Contacted customer service. They told me to wait while they dealt with their 20 other customers. Still no responses. Called in. Rep was rude and condescending and did not acknowledge the $300+ I spent on mats for something that was supposed to be custom fit and fit perfectly. Either they sent the wrong mat for the 3rd row or it just doesn’t fit Horrible experience

I purchased the WeatherTech OutdoorMat (30" × 48", Cocoa) because of WeatherTech's reputation for premium products and its claims that the mat stays in place and provides excellent outdoor performance. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. After rainfall, water becomes trapped underneath the mat instead of draining away. This creates a thin layer of water between the mat and the porch, causing the entire mat to slide when stepped on. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety hazard. A front door mat should provide secure footing in wet weather, not become slippery because it hydroplanes on trapped water. The mat looks nice, is easy to clean, and appears well made, but I cannot recommend it for use on my porch because of this issue. For a product in this price range, I expected much better wet-weather performance. I hope WeatherTech can improve the underside design or drainage so water cannot become trapped beneath the mat. Safety should be the top priority for an outdoor entrance mat.
