What an awful experience. I setup my profile on their site to get floor mat for my new 2021 Kona Electric. purchased the floor mat. this is where the nightmare begin... after ordering I called support to get more info on the delivery, Weathertech never return my calls (2) But I finally got the floormat. They do not fit, way too long, I emailed support... again no answers, they must be super busy so I wait a couple days. I called and did not left a message since they do not reply. wait again now 8 days later, I get a mail saying I bought the wrong mat. Weird since my profile is set and i got the mat according to it. the email stated : "I will have the information send to our returns department, they will email you with in 1-3 business days with an authorization number and instructions to complete the return." Again its been 8 full long days. This is unacceptable service.

I ordered from weathertec.EU and they send their product from the USA and i had to pay 70€ cusotom dues.

Placed an order a week ago. Received confirmation and money has been taken from my account, but no indication when it will ship. Emailed customer service but no reply. Waited on hold by phone, then cut off. I'm very unhappy with their service.

Bought mats for 2018 Equinox. They did not fit properly. Called the company and was told to use a brick to try and get the mat to form right to the floor. Would have costs me way too much to return. Will not buy again and I do not recommend WeatherTech to anyone.

A very frustrating experience trying to obtain credit for item I returned. Numerous emails and way too much wasted time. Guess the pandemic can be blamed for their inexcusable lack of quality customer service.

When weathertech started back in late '80's, quality of products was great! I had floor mats that lasted through 3 cars before wearing through. the window vents would actually stay in the window! I bragged to fellow car enthusiasts about the quality. Now the mats get stained and will not come clean, the window vents fall out of every vehicle I own, and my adult children. They did send replacements, but they fell out as well! Frustrated and tired of dealing with customer service I no longer purchase from this company, nor recommend any products. I am very disappointed!

Terrible Service. Placed an order on Sept 4 and received confirmation email of order. Orders are supposed to ship within 48 hours and a notification sent when that happens. After that time passed and I received no update, I reached out for an order status. After a few days passed with no response, I reached out again. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing from WeatherTech. Terrible customer service. If there's been a delay, I should be notified. They should at least respond when asked.

I ordered front floor liners for my new car and received two RIGHT hand side liners. What new car has two right sides? When I contacted the company they did NOT apologize for the mistake and told me to repackage liners, print shipping label, contact fedex, and then bring to fed ex for shipment back to them. After they get the incorrect ones back they would then ship out the correct floor lines. Why am I doing all the work? I paid for shipping and handling and it seems I am doing the all the shipping and handling.
