Ordered a set of mats on November 14, 2020. Received an email on November 15 advising that the mats would take 3-4 weeks. Now at 6 weeks. No update from the company. Cannot get through to the customer service line. Spent 45 minutes on hold and then it dropped to voicemail. No response to voicemail or email I sent. Avoid purchasing from weathertech.ca

Wanted very much to love this American made product ( avoiding China forever if possible) and ordered these matts for my Tahoe and Equinox. Ordered direct and when arrived opened boxes and the SMELL WAS DISGUSTING. Read reviews to air out. Nope! 3 days in garage and still turned my stomach. Can't even imagine what it would be like if 90 degrees and sunny what my vehicle would smell like. Called for return and lady acts surprised. Asked FedEx and they weren't. Maybe bad batch but wasn't offered exchange and spent time ordering, returning, and they kept shipping fee. Too bad.

Ordered a hood protector for a Honda Civic. They sent me one for a Chevy Cruze. I returned it, and told them they sent the wrong product. They refunded the cost of the product, but not the shipping. They screwed up, but I get to pay for the shipping for their error. Sent an email to customer service, no answer. Called customer service, was 104th in line. I am a previous customer, but never again will I buy from them. POOR customer service.

Same experience as others, ordered floormats for my wife for Christmas, emailed customer service twice to check on delivery to see if I would receive by Christmas. No reply to either of my emails, Weather Tech customer service absolutely SUCKS!

Similar experience to others. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Ordered a cupholder phone holder $65+ tax and shipping. Crazy expensive, but it was to be a christmas gift for somebody wh really wanted one. Ordered on 11.25.20. Website made no mention that it was unavailable for immediate shipment. Allowed to place order and was charged immediately. As of 12.17.20 sellers site still lists the order as "In Progress" and hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed customer service, received no responses to any requests. Called the company directly. 100+ calls ahead me. Called again later 150+ calls ahead. Stayed on the line until my turn only to received the message "the person you are trying to reach has not set up a voice mail box" and disconnected. Avoid this shady company.

I placed my order October 14. Today is December 11 and I yet to receive my order. Every time I call to follow up, I'm on hold for 40 + minutes. For this reason I'm not shopping WeatherTech again.

I ordered floor mats and rear cargo cover in June some 6 months ago through a dealer here in BC ..its December now . I got the rear cargo cover in September . The local dealer can get no information from Weathertech

OMG! For years my husband and I have salivated over WeatherTech car mats when we watched their commercials. Well we finally took the plunge and bought a front set for my husbands late model Cadillac CTS AWD. What a freaking disappointment upon receipt! They're made out of that hard thin plastic that cracks. We were expecting the thick rubber like the ones I have in my car that I bought at "AutoZone". NOT WORTH THE MONEY and will not give any recommendations for these car mats!!!
