I was excited to use in my new SUV. When I received liners the driver side was crooked and did not fit tight. I called they advised to twist wrong side out place weight on for several hours. Had memory would fit. WRONG! I decided to return and purchase through dealer. Fit better made with stronger material. For Weathertech to have such a so called "great" product. It was poorly made. I returned. That was another nightmare. Service rep told me would be credited back in 3 days. Yea right! It took over 3 weeks and numerous calls. Talked to so many people and the lies!! Finally got my money. They are great about selling and taking your money. Never will I purchase again or recommend.

Weathertech invited me to leave a review of a product I purchased from them on their website (scratch protection). I left a detailed and honest 2 star review with pictures. They had a customer service rep reach out to me to "make it right" then proceed to insist that I installed it wrong (not the pieces that installed fine mind you, just the pieces that had a problem). They then sent over instructions for a completely different product and told me I didn't follow those instructions. When I called them out on it and proved they were for a different product and that the actual instructions for the product I purchased do not say any of the things they mentioned, they offered to either refund me my shipping cost (15% of the total price for 40% of the total product being defective) or to send the same (problematic) product again in exchange for me removing or altering my review. I opted to leave my review as it is. Now they are hiding it on their site showing the star rating but not the actual review. While Weathertech Floormats used to be the first thing I ordered every time I got a new car, this customer service experience has completely turned me off to them. Had they offered to correct the installation instructions, or admitted that there was an issue and offered to correct it I would have updated my review as such and given a better star rating.

Weathertech used to be a reputable product, but no longer produces anything resembling quality, especially their wind shields or deflectors. Their customer service is the only thing worse than their products. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased Weathertech floor liners for a 2018 Ford Escape SE. The liners do fit and keep floor and carpet somewhat clean. However, when you remove them for car cleaning they do not bend easily causing dirt to spill on to carpet floor. I purchased the floor liner cleaner and protector also. The cleaner does not clean the liner. They look terrible and I have tried 4 times! Rubber mats are better! There is no way I would recommended these over price pieces of junk to anyone!

Terrible customer service. You get a voice that actually says "please do not leave multiple messages". If they have to say that in their voice-mail it's because they clearly don't call back, which I can confirm they do not. I will never deal with this company again.

I was a Weather Tech Fan, I have bought Weather Tech for over six of my own vehicles and have given as gifts also but now after not quite two years on a Truck cover which says they warranty it for 5 the Velcro is not working anymore and they have claimed they are going to send me replacement stick on Velcro which is stupid enough but it’s been over a month now and nothing. I got to say I change vehicles often but if I don’t receive a explanation email and some kind of fix weather tech will never get another penny of my money.

Purchased front and back mats for 2020 Ridgeline. Paid $265. Thought I was buying top quality. I’ve bought better quality at Walmart. Have been in use for 3 months and they look like they are 10 years old. Tried cleaning them but they show wear and stains no matter what I try. The vehicle has 4,000 miles and isn’t used for work so not heavy use. Would not recommend these mats to my worst enemy. Really disappointed with this American manufacturer. Go to their website and look for their return policy... you won’t be impressed. Was willing to pay super premium dollars to support an American manufacturer, what a mistake. China and or India beats Weathertech quality every day. Do not buy...

Bought the windshield cover for my Jeep Wrangler, specifying model, year etc. Does not fit. Too big by at least an inch in both directions. Stiff, so things attached like radio and radar detector make a bad situation impossible. Crafty advertisements with poor products. They need to fix things, or go out of business.
