WeatherTechReviews of weathertech.com

I just received my WeatherTech floor mats for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Great customer service. Free shipping! They fit perfect cause I needed the ones with the grommet holes and I’m very pleased. Only 3 Colour choices but the colour I chose works.

Have weathertec mats for wife's 2020 ford edge. After 5 years I noticed small spot wearing where her heal sits. I contacted weathertec, sent picture, and was greatly surprised when they sent us both front mats under warranty. In my opinion their customer service went way beyond what other companies would do. I have been buying weathertec products for many years and will never stop

Ordered a WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors for our 2024 Toyota RAV4. Very fast delivery. Nice looking and a nice fit, but hasn't been road tested yet. Things could change.

I took a chance on asking about a warranty on floor mats I had purchased quite some time ago. I explained that the ONLY thing really wrong was the side of mine (drivers side) was warped a little and it was catching my shoe when I tried to get in. Ive had a knee and hip replacement so it was difficult to get in with the side being warped. Other than that, once I washed them, they pretty much looked new. I had them for seven years. Didn't matter...the customer service rep was SO willing to help. Acted as if it was no problem at all even though my time frame was over by two years. She took time to research the order because it was placed by a company and given to me as a gift. She found it! She replaced them. She was amazing! So pleasant. I recently had a small issue with two of my WeatherTech mats and reached out to the customer service team, including a few photos for reference. To my surprise—and delight—I received an immediate response with a solution that completely exceeded my expectations. In a time when great customer service can feel like a thing of the past, WeatherTech truly stands out. Not only are their products top quality (which I’ve always known), but now I can confidently say their customer service is just as outstanding. They don’t just sell a great product—they stand behind it with integrity and care. Exceptional product. Exceptional service. I couldn’t be more impressed!

WeatherTech makes everything fit perfectly on my 2024 Tahoe. I had one complaint and they fixed it with no question. WeatherTech wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will use them again for my next vehicle.

The new floor Mats for my 2026 BMW are the third set I had purchased. The others fit my Lexus, My wife's Cadilac and Mustang. All had the perfect fit. easy to install and the protection on the carpets is and was exceptional. When I traded in my Lexus after 4 years of Winters the Dealership thought the car was in storage--the carpets where that clean. --Great Company and great products.

Their Super Bowl commercial was awesome just like their products.
