Received bug deflector for front hood. Quality of material is 4.5. However the laser cut quality is a 3.5 and the attention to detail on the laser cut is 3. It does not follow hoodline perfectly. There are gaps from 1/16 to 1/8". Does not seem a lot but since deflector dark and the car light these gaps are very noticeable. I would not purchase again.

My purchased floor mats and trunk liner for my new car. The product was fine but the freight charges were ridiculous. I just went to order a liner for under my kitchen sink. The product was $34. The freight was $12 in the age when most companies are giving you free shipping how can weather tech justify freight being 33% of the product cost? I don’t know about you but I find that excessive so after ordering the cabinet liner and thinking about it five minutes I realized I cannot do business with a company that just grossly over charges their customers I found a similar product on Amazon for $29 and no freight costs, good buy weather tech

Although Weathrertech could be a good product - after purchasing they could care less. My front drivers side has become "wavy" - my shoe gets caught in it - as a senior, I am so afraid I will fall. Customers CANNOT purchase just one replacement mat - you have to buy the full front set. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to replace both mats for the front. I see others have the same problem - come on Weathertech care about your customers.

I purchased the Weather Tech cargo mat for my 2017 4Runner. It’s been 2 years and I’m disappointed with the product. First the cargo liner always slides about 2” toward the lift hatch pressing against it, even with groceries or golf clubs on it. Second, both corners closet to the lift gate curl up about 3”. To be fair I live in Texas and summers are real hot. Not sure if it’s the heat but they stay curled all year.

The actual floor mats were fine but the cargo liner for our 2922 Hyundai Tucson Limited was not. It had an extended flap that covered our passenger side speaker in the cargo area. I spoke with 2 customer service reps, one of whom seemed bothered by my call. Both told me I needed to trim the liner at the score marks-which did not exist. These are supposed to be a custom fit. Rather than go through hassle of returning, I did trim the liner but it is a very bad fit with corners that don’t rest along edge of cargo area. This is a joke. Won’t buy or recommend WeatherTech again.

The driver side mat does not quite fit my 2015 BMW M235i properly. Is this an isolated problem or common with mats for other cars too?? As the photo indicates, there is a rubber section along the left side which only partly covers the aluminum foot pad... not a problem per se, but looks ridiiculous. And it does not quite fit as nicely around the accellerator pedal as it should. The BMW mats fit perfectly. (If I push the mat up further, it may cover the foot pad but would interfere with the pedal). I can live with the problem, but at the price I paid, should I need to? On the other hand, the passenger side mat fits perfectly.

I was excited to get my cargo liner. It came rolled up in a box, but straightened out overnight. Looks good! But here are my complaints: it's way thinner than I was expecting! It should be 3 times as thick! The other problem is that it slips around on the carpet! I decided to order some friction tape to stop that. But it's annoying that the company doesn't address that!

Good products but beware Tan is NOT Tan , it is BROWN!!!! Nothing close to the pictures on Weathertech website! So it won't fit well with a Tan interior.
