I purchased a trunk liner for my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but it did not fit properly. After contacting WeatherTech, the recommendation was essentially to place a heavy object on the liner and wait for it to flatten out. Unfortunately, this did not address the fitment issues I was experiencing. Given WeatherTech’s reputation and premium pricing, I expected a product that fit correctly right out of the box. Overall, I was disappointed with the fit and expected a better solution.

I purchased the upgraded floor mats and standard cargo liner for my new 2026 RX350H. This was the second time I purchased these items (first time was for my 2021 RX350). This time the product fit is not good for the rear floor mat and the cargo liner. The rear floor mat is short and curls up near the doors. The cargo liner is too wide and buckles up at the sides. It also covers the speaker panel on one side and folds inward on the opposite side because it is too wide. The cargo mat also interferes with the rear hooks for the netting making them difficult to use. I followed the directions customer service recommended to reverse the curl and improve the fit and both products but they still do not fit. I would not recommend this product.

These mats are made of a thin flimsy plastic material that does not lay flat. Would not buy Weathertech again. They have gone downhill.

As usual, the fit is great but the mats don’t go high enough for front passengers feet. Stop making these so short!

Can't clean. After 1 year they look old and dingy. Not worth the cost. Must be alternatives that clean up better and half the price.

I received the phone holder that is suctioned on the window. It’s AWFUL!! DON’T buy this item it has yet to work for me the phone falls out of it or you can’t even get the phone in it yuck!!! Also ordered the coasters they are TERRIBLE!!! They don’t even fit the cup holder and they make a mess. Two purchases I wish I had never made! I am VERY surprised I expected a 100% from weather tech.

While the Weather Tech floor mats are good the seat covers SUCK. For a KIA Forte The way they hook up is terrible. The 2 rings in between the seat and back work good but the back doesn't hold at all. You can't use the side straps due to the airbags. and the seat doesn't hook up to anything. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Bought tailgate liner and impact bed liner. Have not tried to install the impact liner but with the tailgate liner it does not fit as advertised. Screw holes don't line up either. You can get it in but fit is not great.this might all be understandable if I bought a cheap product but this cost me $500 and for that I expect a much better fit.
