Ordered front and rear floor liners for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Fronts fit fine though they are hard to remove for cleaning and I worry they will eventually tear up my carpets because the locking rings har way too tight. But the rears are a real danger. They don’t fit at the door edge and are flimsy and leave a large gap that catches the toe of you shoe when entering or exiting. Not good for my 97 year old father-in-law. Worry he’s going to fall right on his face when getting out. It’s been 5 weeks since my first email to weathertech. Ive since sent two more but no reply. Looks doubtful that this will get resolved. May need to totally remove the rears or risk cutting the sides off, but that will let the dirt on to carpet. So much for buying “American Made”. Expected better. Bob H

The clips included with the stone guard did not hold the deflector at all. They were not strong enough or long enough to grab properly. I called customer service and they advised me to call the car dealer. I installed their deflector in my previous Sienna no problem. If your deflector has the same problem, just be aware that you will not get any assistance from Weathertech customer service and you are basically on your own. You may be better off choosing alternate suppliers with better support policies!

Even though the right car was selected, the liners sent did not fit my car. I bought the liners in US, and took them overseas. Weathertech made it impossible to replace the liners for the right ones. Customer service said they were going to send specs of the “right” liners they were supposed to send. Till now, I haven’t received any info. I offered to buy the one liner that needed replacement for the right size, and they said they only ship pairs! Even to fix their mistake the customer has to pay extra. I’m afraid to buy products from them again, since they don’t stand behind the quality of their products. Horrific customer service.

Giving Weathertech 1star is generous. Do not purchase this product. I recently ordered a rear seat cover for my 4Runner. They ask you if you have a 3rd row seat but you can only answer “no”. Which I thought was weird. I ordered the product and it simply was too small. Called the help line and was given attitude. She asked me if I had a 3rd row seat, which I do. She replied that’s why it doesn’t fit. Followed by, we don’t make it. Why not give your client the option online to answer yes to the 3rd row seat question. Very deceitful and I fell for it. Shame on me. How of you have the same issue?

I am a returning customer, of multiple orders, that will not return again. Your customer service reps need to learn to listen to the customer rather than give excuses based on faulty information. Your ordering system DOES NOT default to the PayPal's information when PayPal is used for an order. While your customer service reps tactic to put me on an eternal hold did get me off the phone... It also cost you a customer.
