I received a phone holder that goes in the vehicle cup holder. It doesn’t fit my vehicle correctly, is loose and fall out when removing the phone. Checking the weather tech web site I find out the product doesn’t fit all vehicles. They sell a sleeve to provide a snug fit. I questioned why they just provide the sleeve with the product. If it costs me around $2.00 it costs them a lot less to make. Weather tech says they are happy that their product fits 80 to 90 percent of vehicles. I guess 10 to 20 percent of unhappy customers is part of their business plan. For a company that prides itself in laser fitted mats they struck out on this design. Additionally, it’s been almost a month and I still don’t have the sleeve. Post office lost it, FedEx delays because of snow. Customer Service rating, uncaring and offers lots of excuses. Update -During my phone call with WeatherTech yesterday I was told, the sleeve was out for delivery and would arrive before 9 pm. It didn’t get delivered. I called back today and now they offered to send a third one. I opted to cancel and get a refund. I took a foam beer cozy and used it as a sleeve. Works great!

Bought two front only digital liners. Fits fine and snaps into place. Problem is... on the majority of 2 door cars, when you slide the seat forward all the way, the seat slider will smash against the floor liner and bend it. If you live in a cold climate area, the liners become very stiff and then the seat sliders will bent the floor liners and crack it. We have seats that automatically slide forward when the back is released and tilted. Cracked both sides. Contacted WeatherTech and was told... nothing they can do and remove the liners beforehand. WeatherTech rep sure got creative with words and deflected. Car wash company we go to says... common occurrence when sliding seats forward and they do crack. For what these digital liners cost... WeatherTech rep should not get creative with words and reasons and just replace the liner. We will remove the liners now that we know the defect... and will post on all reviews this issue.

Awful at any speed. 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Ordered mata and back cover for my Jeep. Edges curled up and they replaced twice. in less than a year. They sent me HP mats. They curled under gas pedal. I contacted them and all I get are emails saying someone was going to contact me. Thank you for your email! A Customer Service Representative will be responding shortly. Business Hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST Called last month on the phone and was told a manager was going to call. No call, just email. Now the back mat is curling on the door edge. Guess the Texas heat warps them. Poor customer service. Love to sell items but no follow up. I have been in business almost 40 years and if I had taken care of my customers like this, I would not be in business.

Used to be a fan - No More: My present set (tan) have discolored and just can't be cleaned. That would take their product down to 3+ for me, but the lying takes them down to a 1. Here's the deal: I've been asking about product release for a Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle for 6 months. Over and over its the same excuses "They are under development", and today "We've more than one car to develop for, it takes time". Look, the Pinnacle version has been shipping for over a year now. If you can't get a floor mat updated (it's a small change for the '21 and '22 Pinnacle), in a year you are clearly not able to keep up with the rate of change in the industry. Hard to argue, right? But let's call it what it is: You're lying to me: If it had actually been in development you'd know you had a tiny product change to make and would already have updated and released those specs to production. You ARE falling behind, and the Pinnacle is on some list to be worked on some day. Maybe. For now the evidence is clear, you've been working on other products and simply telling sales to set an expectation that it's actively being developed. You should have admitted it was not a priority instead of stringing your customer along. I'm sure some marketing maven will wave dollars at this and claim it's more profitable to mislead customers and run a sale to get new customers, but know this: I'm not putting up with today's "marketing first, integrity last" kind of company. TuxMat, here I come!

Opportunistic and Inconsiderate! Good product but only disappointment after buying the first full set of weather car mats. First of all, they won't sell the driver's side mat without the passenger side matt. That's opportunistic because driver's side (on average) wears out 3x faster than passenger side. What are we supposed to do with the accumulation of unneeded passenger side floor mats? It's not like they can be used at the front door. I eventually broke down and ordered both sides just to replace the driver's side. But I mistakenly ordered the light-duty model vs the all-weather mats. I tried to cancel the order within the hour, but no dice. Twenty four hours later they sent an email confirming the item had shipped. But not a word about the cancelation request. Last straw was the return process / policy / cost. Turns out customers pay for shipping returns. Cost me $60 to return a $109 purchase. And customer has to open (or have) an account with a carrier like UPS in order to buy postage. And have a printer at home to print the label. WeatherTech could at least provide a return label, and bill the customer for the cost of shipping - at the preferred rate it negotiated with its main carrier! I'll never spend another dime with weather tech. I'll patch the worn spot with a piece of rubber mat from another product, and glue it down with monster glue. When it's time to sell the car I'll buy a fresh set of mats from another company. WeatherTech is opportunistic and inconsiderate!

I've ordered Weathertech before and was happy with the product. This time the fit was poor and my wife didn't like the color. Here's the problem. It cost me $29.00 to return the mats and then they kept an additional $18.00 for their shipping. SO the whole experience cost me $47.00 and I have nothing to show for it. READ THE WARRANTY RETURN CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY! I didn't and I wont make the mistake again of ordering anything from Weathertech. They proudly state they are made in America, they should add that they also have what might be the worst return policy in America as well.

Wrong product delivered on Nov 8. Took a week to get label to send them back. Still waiting for 2 floor mats almost 3 weeks. All my fault though. Should have went with a different company. Thanks for your time

The worst purchase I've ever made from weathertech! Lawsuit waiting to happen. These mats just slip from under your feet cause they trap water underneath. I bought two, one for indoor and one for outdoor equally dangerous. I've reached out to weathertech and they don't seem to be interested. I didn't ask for refund, I'm not using them. It was just a concerned call.
