A Father's Day gift has turned into a nightmare. After reviewing the WeatherTech website and seeing that returns were accepted, I ordered floor mats for my huband's Jeep. I checked and rechecked the model from his sales receipt, yet the floor mats did not fit. When trying to return the floor mats, a return authorization was quickly made but no return shipping label was sent. Most online companies give the courtesy of a return label. Some deduct the shipping costs from the refund. WeatherTech does not do this! I was shocked to find out the cost to return the items via Fedex would be $95 and $97 at UPS on an order that cost $158 from which WeatherTech would deduct their shipping cost of $18. Clearly customer service is not a priority. A return shipping label and cost would be $18, which would be fair to deduct from the refund. Buyers beware not to buy from WeatherTech online.

Purchased weathertech mats for frt and back for my 04 Tahoe and 07 Tahoe and all the mats in the frt. Started to lean over after a while making it hard to push down the emergency brake, I just feel like I wasted my hard earned money,won't purchase anymore and won't recommend anyone else!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered matts for my dodge ram amd what came was a pour fit that didnt even go under the pedals. A set from napa for a fraction of the price fits better. Dont waist your money on weathertech

Out of the box, I was immediately disappointed in the quality of mats for which I paid over $200 to be used in my Silverado. I expected them to be more durable by the material is very thin and flimsy. The floor mats I purchased from Wal-Mart are much heavier then these at a fraction of the price. If I had know this I wouldn't have bought from WeatherTech.

Weathertech Follow-up: My ordered car cover took so long for processing because Weathertech didn't manufacture the cover. The product came from a company called Covercraft Industries LLC. I'm sure it is a fine product, but Weathertech promotions lead you to believe they produce all of their products in-house. So I purchased the product believing in the Weathertech brand. It's a shame they are not more transparent in the manufacturing process. Outsourcing explains the delay. I suggest you buy the product directly from the source- Covercraft.

Totally bull. My son got weather tech mats for his Ford Focus for Xmas . Not only they did not fit but within a month they looked like sh$&@! They were short on some sides long on others it looked like shriveled plastic/rubber . Clearly did not fit. Don’t waste your time. This stuff is worth a 10 cents what you pay for is their advertising campaign.

I ordered weather tech floor mats for my Nissan Pick up truck. I expected to get what is advertised, laser fit, custom fit, excellent floor mats. What I got were mats that were not laser fit, in fact they didn't even fit in my truck. If I tried to put them on the floor they simply did not go. It was a square peg in a round hole. They were generic mats, I would have done better at the junkyard buying any random mat!! I also ordered the cup phone which doesn't fit my car either. They must know in advance what models the cup phone doesn't fit, I can't be the first Nissan Frontier owner to order these. Why not list the cars that the cup holder fits (or doesn't), I wasted my time ordering these, now I have to deal with the hassle of returning them. If I were you I would stay far away from tis company.

Purchased front floor liners for a 2017 Chevy Equinox. While they fit fine, these liners do not contain snow and water as advertised. The Equinox has a heater vent at floor level on each side of the front console, Weathertech designed their floor liners to go below this vent. The ledge around the liners is none existent in this area allowing the slush and water laying in the liners to just run out of the liners and go underneath. Now the water is trapped under the liners. What a mess!!!
