Everytime i get a new vehicle i buy the full range of weathertech items for it. Not the cheapest but i think it is worth the investment. Once i had a hood guard deivered and it was bent in the box which caused a crease. I contacted customer service and i was treated like a criminal. Going back and forth over and over finally they asked for the item back and refunded my money. I asked my case be escalated and it was ignored. So i agree with a lot of reviews here. Customer service is one of the worst i have ever experienced. Such a same as i love the products. My CSR rep was Haley Sink.

Poor design, terrible customer service and no warranty support
The WeatherTech sunshade for my vehicle's windshield was flawed, customer service is the worse to deal with and they don't want to stand behind their warranty.
On the installation, I discovered that the sunshade did not meet the top of my windshield. Therefore, it wouldn't securely in place as intended. I spent time adjusting it and trying to see if it was how I was installing the product. However, it became obvious that it just wasn't cut correctly. It was more on the driver's side of the windshield that had this issue. So now the sunshade droops down from the top on the driver's side.
After no response from WeatherTech via email, I had to do some leg work to final get someone on the phone. Weather Tech's response was essential that their products are made perfectly and vehicle manufacturer must have assembled their vehicle incorrectly.
I ended up emailing multiple photos showing the defective of the WeatherTech sunshade. After all that, WeatherTech continued putting blame on the vehicle manufacturer. They told me ship my purchase back to them at my expense and they will look further into the situation at that time. Furthermore, if I wanted a refund, I would have to ship the item back to them first, again, at my expense.
The cost of the return shipping is about as equal to the cost of a new sunshade. So you can see the game their playing.
I'll remember to take my business elsewhere in the future for any vehicle accessories.

Window deflectors are a poor design and…
Window deflectors are a poor design and customer service is the worse I ever saw.
On the installation I saw that the front deflectors were not designed to lock securely in place. I spend an additional 1/2 hour with the instructions to see if I could install them better. There was no other way than how they were installed. Two weeks later the driver side almost came off. I am very lucky that the deflectors did not fly away on the highway. After a few attempts over a month I gave up and requested for a refund. The attitude from the person answering the phone is always to put the client responsible. They hardly looked at the photos I provided. After about 5 emails and 5 phone calls (they don't reply to warranty claims) I finally got accepted to return them with the condition that they need to be intact.
The shipping at my expense was returned to me as delivery was refused at their office. They at least paid for the second shipping. I must have spend a total of 20 hours on this and from the time I ordered to the time they refunded me there was about 3 months.

Lousy customer service
Ordered a tonneau cover, planned on a window of 2 days to install. As i was starting to install something did not seem right. Sent me wrong cover. Their fault and not mine. I returned it, had dealer install theirs as i did not have time to mess with them shipping me another one. Get mistakes happen but i paid 40 for shipping in and $89 to ship back. All i was told is we will get a label to you. Shame on me for thinking they would be responsible and at least pay for return.

Disappointed
I received my order today, 9/10/22; front and rear floor liners for my old 2004 Toyota Tundra Double Cab. I must say that based on the fit and appearance, I will either be returning them or simply never using them. I guess that they technically fit in the areas they are designed to cover, but they are far from an actual “fit.” There is lifting at the back corner of each of the front floor liners by the doors. The floor liner for the front passenger area, when slid to the left to match the shape of the flooring on that side, leaves a gap on the right side by the door. If the floor liner is slid to the right to fill the gap by the door, there is then a gap on the left side where the notched section is. Regarding the rear floor liner, again I guess it technically fits in the area, but there is a 1-2 inch gap between the bottom of the floor liner and the carpet at the back corner on both sides. It doesn’t lay flat at all and quite frankly looks cheap. That really says something considering that I paid $189.90 ($221 with tax and shipping) for them. Perhaps I was hopeful or perhaps your advertising campaign was just that effective or convincing, but in all honesty, heavy duty floor mats purchased at Walmart or any automotive store would look better than your product and would work just as well. At this time I would have to say that this has been a very disappointing experience. We are replacing the wheels and tires, getting it a paint job, changing out the very old radio, and getting the seats and armrests recovered/renewed. I believed that choosing WeatherTech products for the floors would be a nice additional touch, but they just look cheap and it is hard to believe that they are “laser cut” to fit the vehicle.

Substandard cheap products and way overpriced for the level of quality. Customer service sucks for the most part.

"customer service"....ha! If you want tour day ruined call weather tech
I have used weathertech products for decades and have had no complaint with their products. HOWEVER, I needed to exchange a set of floor liners for a more expensive set. The CS agent that answered my call on 7/8/2022 at roughly 7:50 pm est was condescending and rude. I will cancel this order and will never purchase from them again. Horrid Customer Service! Get it together WeatherTech!

No bang for your buck - Will Pass on Them in Future
I have had WeatherTech floormats in my SUV for close to five years and have appreciated their durability and effectiveness, but I doubt I'll buy them for my next vehicle. Why? Because the shipping costs at this site are probably the worst of any online vendor I've ever dealt with and the value for money is no longer there in the base prices either. I received a $50 gift card for WeatherTech at Christmas and just now spent it, opting for a set of car coasters and a "Flextray" with pouch (essentially, as it turns out, a large silicon potholder in a basic zippered mesh pouch) for $51.41, $12 of which was for shipping. The items arrived today. Take away the superfluous packaging and you could mail them all in a standard envelope with 4 stamps tops. And you could buy similar items from a local store for 1/3 of the price. Will these items be useful? I think they will. Are they worth the money spent by my relative and myself? Absolutely not.
