I ordered Mats for two different vehicles, Jeep and Audi. Both vehicles have pegs in the floor that the Mats can attach to. The Jeep Mats (black) came with covers. The Audi Mats did not, when I asked the company they told me I needed to remove the factory Mats and just use theirs but I don't want to lose them. So I will need to place tape under the Mat and use clear caulk to fill the hole. Customer Service couldn't explain why the Jeep Mats have the same pegs in the floor but we're shipped with covers. Also, the colors shown online for their Mats are much darker than they are when they arrive. Just order black or you might be disappointed!

I purchased WeatherTech floor liners HP for 2023 Subaru Crostreek. Water runs down my gas latch to the complete left side bottom. My carpets are all wet. Weathertech Car mat on driver side does not work properly. No groove on the far left mat to stop the water from seeping to the gas latch and wetting the carpet. The whole purpose to spend 184$+ taxes was to prevent wetting the carpets and preventing the salt penatrate the carpets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! THEY DONY EVEN REFUND YOU.

What is floor liners? Got him a few weeks ago and the scuff. I wear rubber soul driving shoes, so that shouldn’t happen. Customer service rep told me they don’t take things back but after a while, she said, take pictures and send them to her. She’ll see if she can get permission to take them back at which point she said if they do, I’d have to bring them to a UPS store so I can wrap them up and ship them back to them. I try to explain to the lady that I am disabled and I cannot carry them to a UPS store, nor can I clean them with soap and water like she told me I need to use. I feel under the circumstances with my physical condition being what it is, they could’ve been nicer and just said will send you back a credit for your $140 at which point I would just throw the mats out. I had my original carpet mats that came with my car put back in and even though they are three years old, they look better than the one week old WeatherTech mats

They fit but the material they use is of low quality. We own a Land Rover, Audi and BMW. The BMW is new and was sold to us with winter mats-far superior to Weathertech as the material is actual rubber. I have mats that I purchased for the Rover and Audi and the material is cheap and does not completely clean-it stains. I’ve contacted Weathertech a number of times , and shill they respond, they refuse to “listen!” Would neve tv purchase again, poor quality, poor service and inferior product. Their money goes into advertising, not improving the product.

As a returning WT customer I found my recent experience very disappointing. I have a F250 that uses the snap-in floor mats. Over time (about 2 years) the grommet that holds the mat in place won't grip anymore. The red grommet simply pops out and snaps back into place. I called customer service to see if I could get a replacement grommet and was told it would have to be treated as warranty item and I would have to take photos and a new mat sent out....all for a simply plastic grommet that I would install....seems awfully wasteful and inefficient and puts the burden on me. I will find another company in the future.

I called to see if they might offer a shipping discount to me, as a prior customer. A few years back making my second purchase, a woman offered that to me, thanking me for my loyalty. Times have changed. I called and asked for a similar courtesy. I was cut off in mid sentence by "Dave" (sounded just like the guy in the commercial), telling me they don't give discounts, with a level of arrogance I couldn't begin to understand. I tried to explain, quite nicely, that I didn't ask for a product discount, just some help with the shipping. I couldn't get a word in. He was borderline nasty. I hung up and promptly bought Smartliners from Amazon, over $100 less, with free shipping. I wanted to support a US company, but the level of snobbery made that impossible.

Incredibly less than paper thin. Would never buy again!!

Twice the customer service department has failed to send me the Tech grips for 2 vehicle orders, over $500 worth of floor mats etc...after emailing them and explaining what exactly I had been shorted, they still sent the incorrect amount of grips, emailed them again and the representative said he saw that his fellow rep sent me what I was missing, so I had to start over AGAIN, explaining I'm still short the total quantity. Nobody listens these days, Nobody gives a darn. Will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN! Screw me once, shame on them, screw me twice...shame on me!
