I purchased a Honda CRV set of floor mats got them and drivers side fits perfect , passenger side not fitting and gaps, I was instructed to do a Reverse Flex which is flipping it inside out and leave it for 24 hours, which i tried 3 times and still no good. I contacted them again and was told that plastics have a memory so it will remain that way. So why get me to do it. This is going to the garbage and will put back the OEM mats. I have always bought Weathertech mats for all my vehicles but this is the last. Wish I saw all the negative reviews before I purchased.

My family purchased a set of floor mats as a Christmas present front row fit ok. The second row never fit I tried holding them down with bricks thinking they needed a little weight to take the curl out. That didn’t take the curl up away. Next I tried two way carpet tape to hold them down to no avail. The last thing I did was to literally glued them with contact cement that didn’t work. All of these numerous phone calls and chats with people from customer service. They actually said I was voiding the warranty by glueing them down. I thought that was better than having people tripping as they got in the backseat. So the conclusion is they don’t make mats that fit a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Just bought a 2024 Honda Oddseyyesterday and it came rubber mats directly from Honda surprise. I had been a loyal customer and would have been on my third set of Weather tech mats except for extremely poor customer service. Thanks for poor customer service. I’m not one of your competitors trying to belittle your company I’m a real dissatisfied customer.

Just purchased a set of wind deflectors for my Range Rover. The driver side lower edge broke as soon as I attempted to use the alignment tool that comes with the deflectors. I followed the instructions to the letter. I was angered and insulted when speaking with a Weather Tech representative who immediately began to tell me what I must have done wrong. Purchasing from Weathertech was my only mistake. When inspecting the deflector that broke, it is clear the broken area is thinner the the rest of the deflector.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This product is trash. Laser cut is not true in my 2020 accord. The material is cheap and thin. Just all around a horrible product. I picked up some TuxMats for my other car. Would 100% recommend that brand over weather tech.

Laser measured fit is just marketing talk. The fit for mine in a 2012 is horrible. Could have easily been OK but they decide to stop short of the curb in the floor at the front of the seats so they didn't have to bother wrapping around the seat supports footprint. Looks unfinished and leaves a 1" gap for dirt and snow or crumbs to collect there and get into your carpet. Their marketing makes it sound like you're going to get a perfect fit. I would have been happy with pretty darn close. What I got was, not even close. From reading other reviews it seems they have lessened the quality of the material too. I believe it. They seem pretty chinsy. Apparently they've grown as a company enough to trade the quality they built their name on for profit. Not worth the premium price based on my experience.

I selected the HP model, the most expensive option, with the specific requirement that it fits over the door. What I received is a product that bears no resemblance to what was promised. The representative, in a discourteous manner, dismissed my concerns by asserting that "things don't look like the video." If that's the case, why use misleading visuals? This deception is unacceptable. To compound the issue, the product I received is evidently a return – tarnished with greasy handprints, packaged haphazardly, and all accompanying paperwork crumpled. This falls short of the standard one would expect, especially considering the hefty price tag of nearly $300. It is disheartening to invest in a product only to be confronted with a subpar, misrepresented item that reeks of a chemical odor. Such an experience is far from what any customer deserves.
