I recently contacted weather teach about the car floor mat for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson. I was unable to get the floor mat out to clean it. The service rep I spoke to gave me exact instructions on how to remove it. This was very helpful. It has a different type of hook to turn than what we were accustomed to from our other vehicle. He was helpful and knowledgable. Thank you very much.

I bought Sill Protectors and a Bumper Topper direct from WeatherTech. Due to a shipping issue the Bumper Topper arrived damaged. I called and spoke with a knowledgeable individual who immediately shipped out a replacement. However, the replacement was again damaged during shipping. I called and WeatherTech shipped yet another replacement at their expense. Thankfully this third attempt arrived undamaged. Throughout the process WeatherTech customer service was polite, asked reasonable questions and ultimately shipped two replacements. I couldn't ask for more.

Bought a Used Honda with these in the front. Loved them so I bought a set for rear. Perfic fit all around. Liked them so much I bought them for all my vehicles. These are especially great in rain and snow season, no more salt and gravel built up in my carpet. The prices are reasonable for the protection you get considering one good detail job cost the about the same.

I ordered floor liners and an under seat storage bin for my Ram 1500. I was bummed when I realized they didn't fit together like I expected. She was able to explain what I ordered (absolutely my error but she was not at all accusatory, when she read the details I knew I messed up). She helped me get a return started and the correct item ordered so things fit together properly. Great investment. Protected my cars floors from spills from my son, my dogs and myself. Fun facts, the front passenger floor mat holds more than a gallon of chocolate milk. Literally saved my floors from all of that. They're bowls for your car. Get them.

We have had WeatherTech for 2 projects now. Last year they replaced the roof on our conservatory from a tradional polycarbonate roof to a proper roof with a lantern. This year they have built us a fantastic extesion that gives us 2 extra rooms. They are honest, hard working, and discuss every aspect throughout the work progress. I cannot recommend them enough.
