WeatherTech floor liners for my Volvo XC70 did not meet my expectations. Although they are deep in the centre to collect the water from snow covered boots, they leave exposed carpeting at the driver's side dead pedal; at the front of the passenger side footwell; and at the car's door sill plates, all areas where muddy/salty boots are bound to touch. My Volvo OEM floor liners provided better carpet coverage. Also, they took over 2 weeks to arrive with no tracking updates. I will not be ordering any more floor liners from WeatherTech. Shame on me for believing WeatherTech's marketing hype.

I’ve ordered weathertech products before and never had a problem. I recently received a new set of rain guards for a Toyota Grand Highlander and while the rear guards fit perfectly the front ones seem to be cut wrong. I’ve installed guards on other Toyotas and never had a problem. When I called to tell about the issue I was told to try different methods. None worked. I then emailed asking for a partial refund and no one ever responded.

I got the wind deflectors for the front and rear windows. The front went in snug and seem quite secure. I would probably give a 5-star if that was it. However the rear hardly seat and fall right out. WeatherTech provides some poor doublesided scotch tape to hold them in. Unfortunately three days after install one fell out somewhere on the road. Instead of having it look odd, I just grabbed the other rear window deflector and it slid right out. It feels like a scam to sell the rear deflectors at a premium price and have such crap install adhesive to go with them. I most likely will never use WeatherTech again and will not recommend to anyone.

Sun shield for my 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible does not fit well. It is barely tall enough (it is wide enough). I got the sun shield in April 2026 to replace a very satisfactory aftermarket item that I accidentally broke. Today, July 11th 2026, I spoke with the WeatherTech customer service. We verified I do have the correct part number. Representative did tell me that they do get some complaints because certain models have better fits than other models. I will say that the sunshield I ordered at the same time for my 2025 Subaru Crosstrek does fit like it was custom made for it. There was no offer to take my Corvette sunshield back for a refund or an exchange. Considering the price paid, my advice would be to get a good quality aftermarket sunshield from another brand if you have a C7 type Corvette. I do highly recommend WeatherTech for my 2025 Subaru Crosstrek.

Excuse me but color of Matt’s did not match trim when I pay this much for mats I expect the mat to match the trim very disappointed we ordered for Yukon xl coco Matt’s

Customer Service is far below what I would expect - products are ok, but dismissive attitudes towards customer concerns is not a good practice imo.

I have used Weather-tech floor mats since 2015, every new car, new purchase of weather tech mats. This has been several sets of mats thru the years. We were always impressed with the quality and the fit. This year I purchased a new set for my 2026 Prius, foul fit, with cheap material. I hate to say it as a dedicated customer, I will never make another purchase
