Called customer service to get a replacement for a license plate trim ring. The trim piece was old but came with a lifetime warranty and billed as made of nearly “indestructible “ materials. It broke into two pieces so I thought I’d put their warranty to the test. The whole attempt was a waste of time and the representative had apparently been told to deny any claims like they were a health insurance company. She said that the warranty didn’t cover daily wear and tear. I said “ “ it’s a license plate trim ring, there IS NO DAILY WEAR AND TEAR “. She indicated that maybe I had taken it on and off the vehicle so much it wore it out. Now this trim ring was old and I had probably gotten my money’s worth out of it. But I didn’t tell them to give it a lifetime warranty. If it’s gonna last 10 years, GIVE IT A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. Their warranty is a joke lifetime warranty in name only.

The window deflectors I purchased didn't fit my car correctly (Subaru Impreza 2013).The deflectors even damaged my window and seal. They kept popping off with the heat. Impossible to return because the customer service said they were used. Complete waste of money. Horrible customer service and even worse products. Stay away for this company.

First I received the cupfone - JUNK - poor instructions - my service dealer couldn't even figure it out! Next I received the phone stand (for inside) - my phone wabbled front to rear with no adjustment to fix that I returned both items at my expense because of my wasted time and frustration trying to make them work. Then I did what I should have done before ordering anything from WeatherTech - I read the reviews - NOT GOOD, so I cancelled my order for car floor matts. I spoke with a lady at WeatherTech who made every effort to help but she doesn't make this junk and can't fix that. How sad to feel good about making purchases of products make in our Country to find they are junk.

Weathertech is not what they used to be, Customer serivce has gone down the drain. I have order for many of our trucks, SUV etc. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL-IT HAS TOOK A MONTH TO GET CORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$ YOU ARE TRASH TO THEM. wE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES SAYING THE SAME THING. Once upon a time they was the markets leader. Now there is many other better options. READ REVIEWS-DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Premium cost but the quality is no better than the stock mats that came with the car. We bought these for both our 2024 Camry and our 2019 RAV4. The front mats don’t fit properly but at least go higher up the sides than the stock mats I guess. The rear mats do not cover any extra and fit worse than the stock mats. Save your money and do not buy. I did try talking to customer service to see if there is anything they could do like produce new mats that actually fit, the customer service rep was so defensive and obnoxious. His stance by email was “You suggest all the products are ill fitting. These parts are sold extensively across North America and we are not aware of any liner fitment issues for the Toyota Camry or RAV4”. Clearly all these one star reviews should tell you otherwise. You’re stuck with the return shipping if you decide you want to return them but the boxes are so huge you won’t recover much money.

I have to agree with 66% of Weathertech customers who gave ONE STAR reviews. I just purchased and installed side window deflectors on my 2020 Colorado. The front ones were easy to install, but the rears were a nightmare because the clips weren’t the right size and didn’t fit into the weatherstripping, so I installed them with the adhesive tape that was already on the deflectors. I actually watched their video on You Tube FIVE times before I attempted this installation just to make sure I followed their instructions. One rear deflector was also scuffed up and scratched right out of the box, so I called customer service to report these issues to a very unfriendly representative. In the end, it’s not worth the time and effort to send them photos of the scratched deflector and wrong size clips. I can live with it. I just won’t buy anything from WeatherTech again.

We've ordered several products from Weathertech. Everything has been mediocre with them with the exception of the window guards. We have a set on our pickup truck and a set on our suv. They were installed correctly. However both vehicles have had them blow out and onto the freeway. Hopefully they didn't damage any other cars while flying through the air. They truly are a hazard. We are also disgusted with the things that slide into the window grooves for dogs. It's SUPPOSED to protect your doors interior. We give them an F-. Those things are useless pieces of garbage. The floor mats haven't been horrible, yet. Over priced garbage.

NOT made in America. Billionaire owner (google it) is nothing but a salesman selling substandard products at premium prices. Ugh........
