Weather Tech DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!
Purchased the front and rear mats. These things are not cheap, but I figured this company says they stand behind their product. Looked good for the first few months. The rear started to shrivel up. They look terrible. I contacted Weather Tech and sent pictures. I was told you rear passengers are kicking the mats. Not fault, have a nice day. I rarley have rear passengers. Clearly they do not stand behind their product and do not care about customers experience! I will never purchase another Weather Tech product again and make sure to never recommend them.

I purchased a CupFone holder
I purchased a CupFone holder. There was NO way to separate the different sized cups. The "tool" was not the right size to fit into the opening. It was a thin piece of plastic that kept slipping. The video is deceiving. It showed how easy it is to separate cups. Why don't they just separate the cups with a small piece of plastic or paper!? I finally taped the darn thing to the bottom and slammed it on a counter top. FINALLY THE CUPS CAME APART. The customer rep even mentioned there had been issues about that. Also I had ordered the holder for my iPhone 15 that has a case on it. It wasn't large enough so I had to spend another $25 to get a larger one. I won't purchase any more products from them. The mats aren't the greatest driver…
The mats aren't the greatest driver side cracked and a piece opened up like a flap. So I reached out about warranty and was told the Matt's weren't maintained appropriately. Yes they had mud on them in the photos , but I am pretty sure that is their purpose, to protect the carpets.
So need less to say don't waste your money because their So called warranty is __ __ it.

Drivers side wore out between the gas…
Drivers side wore out between the gas and brake pedal just after a year. Called to see about purchasing just the one mat. They only sell them in pairs. I would not recommend this product. High priced crap.

One of the two front liners didn't protect the carpet
One of the two front liners simply did not fit. While the driver side liner fit nicely, the passenger side liner was malformed. Customer service sent directions to supposedly reform the liner. But nothing worked. When I was given the option of a replacement liner or a refund, I accepted the refund and returned the unused liners exactly as I was directed. Surprise! my refund was reduced by $18.00 with no notice given even though the return option was given to me.

WeatherTech has provided me with the…
WeatherTech has provided me with the very worst customer experience. Less than 24 hours after ordering a product, I called because I needed to cancel the order. I had received an email from FedEx that the status of the order was 'Label Created' and that it was going to be arriving the very next day. When I called WeatherTech Support at 800-441-6287, the lady I spoke with, Jamila, told me that she had cancelled the order and would contact FedEx to bring the package back to the seller. This made me feel at ease. Later in the evening, I received an email from Fedex that the merchandise was shipped and instead of arriving the next day, shipping was downgraded to ground and is expected to arrive 5 days from the order date.
The next morning I called the Support number to ask why I was seeing that I am still expecting the package and that it went from Bolingbrook, IL to Romeoville, IL. Now I am really concerned that the refund of $248.00 will be delayed. The gentleman I spoke with that morning told me that he can see in the notes that steps were made to bring the package back to the sending facility. I explained that since I made the first call that was on its way to me and that the expected delivery date is now a few days later. The Support Representative told me that the package needs to get to a FedEx facility to coordinate the return. Why didn't FedEx correct the problem at the first stop? I asked if there was someone that he can reach out to for an inquiry of the shipping plan? I got no answer but to be patient.
This afternoon, I received a notification from FedEx that the package is now in Perrysburg, OH and that arrival is still set for Wednesday. I contacted WeatherTech Support this evening to explain my frustration and received the same delay tactic. I asked how much I was set to receive in the refund and his response was $216.00. This means that the shipping was downgraded to FedEx Ground since there is a greater profit margin on what is charged for shipping and that WeatherTech has every intention of making that delivery and zero effort to stop it so that I can pay to have the merchandise ship it back to the facility of origin.
I asked to speak with a manager. Tonight's representative said that it would not be a problem and said he would put my call on hold while he gets his attention. Close to ten minutes goes by and I was told that the manager was not available. Before I was placed on hold, I was told that the manage was available and was on the sales floor. Now I am told that no manager is available which took him ten minutes to figure that out? No. The manager refused to take the call. I asked if WeatherTech had a Fleet Department to contact. His response was that it is in a different city. I asked if the WeatherTech offices communicate with each other. I asked the name of the manager and he spit out 2 names, Shelby and Lisa, with zero attempt to help me get in touch with them. I was told by the Support Representative that he was going to reach out to FedEx to make an inquiry and email me, not call, with their answer which was a lie. I did not receive the email like the Support Representative said and my level of frustration is through the roof.
It is easy to conclude that WeatherTech is set up in a way that makes it not impossible but extremely difficult to cancel an order clean. Switching the shipping from 2 day to 5 day made it clear that WeatherTech management wants to show a profit on every order that comes in. There is no accommodation for Buyer's Remorse. When calling for Support and requesting to speak with a manager, you will not be put in touch. I will receive the merchandise on Wednesday and then have to go through the process and payment of shipping them back. These will be the most expensive floor mats that I never received.
WeatherTech, your business practices are shameful.

I ordered two gift cards for Christmas…
I ordered two gift cards for Christmas for my sons. The order was placed on December 9. It was supposed to have been delivered by FedEx on December 13th. On December 13, I noticed that FedEx had received it in Illinois at 3:09 AM. It is now December 17 and it is still at the same location. I’ve contacted and filed with FedEx, but have received no response except that it was shipped to the wrong state and they’re waiting to get it back. customer service would tell you to recall that package and to express another pack to me. But they are not willing to do that when I told them that if I didn’t receive it by Thursday that I would be canceling the order and I would never deal with WeatherTech ever again. The comment from customer service was “OK“ no customer service whatsoever. They are not willing to help you in anyway, if a carrier does not deliver your order! Think twice before you order anything from WeatherTech.
