WeatherTechReviews of weathertech.com

This is my third set of weather tech mats. I've had their products on previous vehicles but the set I currently have in my 2022 Cadalliac Escalade are inferior and nothing like their past quality. The biggest complaint is the black mats turn hazey and white and stains will not clean off. The mats look terrible and have stains even from mud and dirt and I even used the Weather Tech cleaner which did nothing. The plastic material is very cheap and quality is bad and discolors. This will be my last set from Weather Tech.

I tried to get mats replaced to a defect. They make every effort not to. I had mats that broke at a seam and showed little wear. They just simply aren't interested in helping. Beware of their warranty. I bet you won't get anything replaced. Recommend using another manufacturer. Ive purchased many products from them. After dealing with their customer service on this issue, I have no intention of buying anymore of their products.

I ordered floor liners for our 2023 VW Tiguan, Got them and they didnt fit, not close. Called Weathertech and they said that I received the correct liners. The gentleman suggested that maybe I didnt know how to install them !!! How many ways are there??? After discussion I agreed to send them back AT MY Cost and then got a refund naturally minus my mailing cost. Never again Weatertech. Too bad too because I had used them in another car years before. Guess its just another company making too much money and not caring

Absolute garbage! I Have been faithful to WeatherTech Since nearly it's inception (I am 72). I have faithfully purchased for dozens of vehicles from everyday drivers to show, and exotic. After purchase of a INEOS Grenadier I purchased liners the very day I brought the vehicle home. Garbage !! paper thin hard plastic that is no more "Custom Scanned" than I could have done with a utility knife and a piece of cardboard. The clip down locations for the passenger side don't even line up. (Two clip downs are factory spaced....The "custom" weatherTech liner has one clip spaced in between the two....not even close). No wonder on the Weather Tech Web site you will find NO photo of a Grenadier but WeatherTech gives you all the hype of how these are "Laser Scanned" Well, Weather Tech, you might want to actually aim your laser in the direction of a Grenadier. Since last year I have purchased two additional vehicles. Both, do NOT have Weather Tech liners I am pleased to say.

Don’t bother. Shoddily shipped. Came bent/dented on side of driver mat. Called to return they said nope, put outside with a stick to push it out. For the money, no product support nor customer service, too pricey. Look for other makers of the floor mats. To this day will not “stretch” out no matter what I try. Poor quality product. previously have weathertech floor and cargo mats for my outback. Work great. went to there website to inquire about seat covers, etc. All 4 things I went to look at ALL I GOT WAS IN THE IMAGE SELECTION SAYS "COMING SOON" DID THE CHAT AND SHE SAID COULD BE WEEKS OR MONTHS" GARBACE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPECT SOMEONE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN'T AT LEAST SEE A PICTURE OF. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE STUFF IS REALLY EXPENSIVE. WE ALL DESERVE BETTR TREATMENT THAN THIS. PLEASE RECONSIDER BUYING ANY ITEMS FROM WEATHERTECH. TEHY HAVEN'T EARENED YOUR TRUST, BUSINESS OR MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR MONEY MARK

I went back to Ford mats. The weather tech mats curl and are impossible to clean. My Explorer looked like someone's work truck.

Garbage. Waste of money.
