I received a floor cover to go in the back of my new 2 door jeep Wrangler once I removed the back seat ; the cover was a flimsy plastic material with laughable coverage of the floor leaving gaping holes where the back seat was removed; it was such a poor quality flimsy material that it wouldn't even lie flat on the floor by itself; material was a flimsy plastic not at all like a nice rubber type mat; I've purchased many products from weather tech but not again; quality is worse, customer service is worse, and products are more pitiful and overly expensive than ever before; I called customer service and was put on hold forever then an AI voice answered (was told by prompt that I would talk to a customer rep) and started this bs about all weather tech products asking to wait longer; I hung up; I'll be returning the pitiful mat and the seat protectors that I had ordered; very disappointed. The Weathertech impact Bedliner does not work well in a Honda Ridgeline truck. You cannot open the trunk in the truck bed unless you make very significant cutting modifications to the impact bedliner.

Have bought 3 or 4 sets of mats and have been very happy, however I just bought the side window deflectors for front of my new car. Went on easy but then 3 weeks into have the passenger side fell off at a red light. Another car ran over it

Well I ordered the phone cup holder it came without a attachment part. Called and had a bad experience with the person and he basically said that the part came with it like I kept saying I didn't get the part this went on for awhile finally sent him a picture of what they sent me and he finally send they would send a nee one out and it's been a week and no email saying it was shipped. I never argued with anyone like this just one bad experience. Never again

I have purchased several Weathertech products over the years, mainly because of the fit. When a new car is purchased, I always got the floor mats to protect from salt and snow. Some fit well, some could be better. For my last SUV, I received a cargo mat as a gift. The fit was not very good. It never stayed in place, and most of the edges curled. For the price of these mats, they not worth it, and are more of a hassle. I now have a different SUV and went with a different brand of mats for the entire car. I got a better quality, better fit and a lower price.

Garbage product. Customer service could care less that all items CURLED UP almost immediately. Garbage! Threw them all away since company refused to do anything. Bought a better, cheaper product that has never curled up and more substantial, thicker. Google and you will find much better products out there. Bad product Bad company

I bought new front mats for my honda accord on October 11, I received them shortly after and was using them until October 24th when i was involved in a no-fault accident that totaled my car, ruined everything including the mats. I have been dealing with surgeries and an insurance claim, and finally got into a new car this past weekend Dec 11. I called today to see if i could submit all the proof of my accident, pictures, ect to see if they would replace them as it was $140 and i used them for less than 2 weeks. The customer service rep said “No.” and would not even give me an email address to reach out to. I never write reviews but that service rep really ticked me off and i will not be using weathertech for anything ever again.

mats don't fit correctly maybe you should buy a better laser ask for refund , they said no refunds !!!
