I ordered some of their overpriced rain guards with expensive shipping a week ago, and they still have not been shipped. They were supposed to be for my father's birthday, which was today. I emailed customer service 3 days after the sale to see why they were not shipping my package and they made excuses and lied to me. No accountability. No apology. No customer service. I have now done the research that I should have done before the sale and now see that this is normal business with this company, which is unacceptable. I should have ordered from one of their competitors on Amazon for cheaper rain guards with free shipping, that would have arrived in 2 days from point of sale. My father will be driving home tomorrow so I will have to pay to mail them to him when they eventually get here. I will never do business with them again, and I'm considering contacting my credit card company to charge back the purchase.

I ordered the truck cover I was told it would be here on Friday it's now Saturday have not received it they are now telling me that it won't be ready for two second week of February so I am canceling it

Over priced garbage that did not fit, They charged me $25 to return. Beware.

I purchased a weathertech hood guard 1year ago, installed it according to the instructions, and when driving in clear weather, only head wind, 4 hours away from home to the Oregon Coast, it broke off on the highway and hit my windshield.

I was super excited to get the mats for my new truck. back mat is bent upwards and sticks up right where someone would be trying to get into the back seat on the right side. Contacted them 3 ways. First on the online form. No response. Then email and sent pictures. no response. Finally through chat where I was told it needs to be taken out and laid float with a brick on them for a while. Further I was told because of cold weather and shipping sometimes they come like this I love in Florida and the temp when I got them was 80.

They may be good products, but their customer service is horrible. Placed an order for two child seat products and confirmed. Hours later they said I left it in my cart, Placed it again. When I realized they lured me into a mistake I called to cancel that one. They canceled BOTH without any communication. Try to buy it from AMAZON, NOT direct!

We've been using Weathertec seat covers and floor mats since 1990. We ordered two back seat covers for two cars; correct models, years, on Dec 20. There were multiple problems with the delivery; items we'd been told were in stock, were back ordered. Tracking said both items had shipped but we only received one. I called Weathertec, who couldn't find the order number. They found something under my name and said there was only one item ordered. Then, that both had shipped. Then, that the other was in transit. When the rear seat cover for the first car arrived it was far too big. We returned it. About a week later, we received THREE seat covers, two tan and one grey. All with the same model number. We tried the rear seat cover for each car and again it was way too big. Neither had a way to get at the seat belts, or use the rear consoles. Their website shows that they shipped us two items. We believe Weathertec are shipping after market universal generic seat covers that are absolute crap, nowhere near their previous standard. They should be ashamed. The only good thing is how easy it is to return things. If I could give zero stars and have it count, I would.

Ordered the sink protector. It does not fit today’s sinks that have the small side and the big side. The granite is curved and the plastic only fits straight edges. Not long enough either. The quality of the product is great, just doesn’t fit.
