Still no refund
Update: so literally the next day after I file a charge back for this purchase and write this review I magically get an email about how I’m being refunded. But they deducted cost of shipping 8 dollars for the return. So I get to pay return shipping for a defective item. Cool. To summarize: product did not work, took too long to get refunded, charged for return shipping. Sent back my return 11/20 after the shirt didn’t work and did not prevent sweat. Going on 15 business days now since then and no update. Emailed them December 7 and was told it hadn’t even been processed yet by the facility. Guess I’ll be doing a chargeback on day 30.
