I tried to exchange two undershirts (they size small) and after sending them back in the original packaging (the company did send me a label), the company has ghosted me. I have sent multiple voicemails and emails and no response. So I paid for two shirts that they kept. As a result, I don’t recommend buying anything from this site.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company! I placed an order 3 months ago and it never arrived. They do not respond to emails and I’m now chasing a $400 refund

Extremely poor customer service. 1 month after my order, no despatch email. I sent a note and was told something was out of stock but it was still showing on the website. Offered a solution from Numi, but then they shipped something I didn't order that I didn't want. I have sent 4 emails and they've stopped replying.

Their return policy is really deceiving. You only get a refund if your items had been 0 - 19% discounted. But they lure you in from Instagram with a 20% discount, and then - if you don't read the fine print and be VERY careful - you're stuck with a store credit. Also pay attention to the default settings, they will select "Exchange" instead of "Return" and "Store Credit" instead of "Refund" - this is called a dark pattern in tech. Awful. Won't buy again.

I just received and unpacked my first order from Numi. To being, I am missing two shirts (the most expensive Merino wool long sleeved shirts). Beyond that, what you should know if they are sized very small. I purchased my shirts following the size guide -you need to size up. Secondly, please be aware that the seams are not "tied off" at the ends, so if you pull or put any stress on the edges of the garment, the seam will start to pull apart. There is a solution -I'll have to take the shirts to my tailor and have her secure the edges, but you would have thought for the price the manufacture could have backstiched to lock the seams and stop them from coming undone. For the money, I expect more. I will not purchase a Numi product again.

Luckily, I did not have issues with the shipping. However, the stitches of their undershirts irritated my skin only trying them on. So I needed to return them and wanted to receive a full refund to my original payment. I went to their return site and tried to submit my request and it said that my items were only eligible for store credit refund, even when the return policy of their website said I was qualified for a refund to my original payment. For an entire week I tried reaching out to them via their customer care email, instagram, and Facebook, and I didn’t hear from them until I left a comment on one of their instagram post, where I pasted a link to this page and asked people to read the 1-star comments. Next thing I know they have reported my comment and I only found out when I tried to comment on a friend's picture. My comment is gone and potential customer won’t have the transparency they deserve. Worst company ever!!!

I did my research, they seemed like a trusted company. Perhaps these 1 stars are just a one off…. Not at all. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered multiple tops and waited. They charged my credit card and created a shipping label. 2 weeks or so go by, so I reached out via email. No response. I then reached out a week later and they said they would reach out to their warehouse, then a week later no response. So I followed up again, they stated it was a Canada Post issue. It was not, the company did not ship anything. I finally told them I would report them for fraud if they did not refund me, or mail out the product. Crickets. So I filed a claim with my Credit Card company. Numi came back and said we don’t have the product but reverse the complaint and we will mail you something. Then it was followed up by a threat, that the credit card company complaint would take forever and we wouldn’t see the money for a long time. The credit card company returned my money. Numi is not a great company, their customer service is awful.

Do not order from Numi. They charged me, but my order never shipped. I was ignored by customer service despite emailing several times. It has been 6 weeks and I was just offered to select a different product because what I ordered is now out of stock. I have already requested a refund via email multiple times. Completely unacceptable customer service. Buyer beware.
