Mission C.
Wealth Express is a great company to work with. I have been working with them in an Advisor capacity for about 1 year. I love their vision and mission, and how patriotic and American they are. They also have Christian values.

I HAVE NOT DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE SOMETIME EARLY LAST YEAR. BIG SUPRISE WHEN I WAS CHARGED $49.99 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND $199.99 ON MY CHECKING. THEY DID SAY THEY WOULD REFUND, BUT THIS WAS AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL ACCORDING TO THEM. MEANWHILE I CANNOT FIND ANY E-MAIL TRANSACTIONS FROM THEM IN ANY SEARCHES. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE THE COURTESY OF LETTING YOU KNOW A RENEWAL IS DUE. I DO NOT CARE TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. THIS PROBABLY WILL NOT BE MADE PUBLIC.

Impossible to unsubscribe. I’ve tried to cancel the WealthPress emails multiple times and they keep on sending them daily. You can’t quickly unsubscribe from the email message. You have to log into the website and even then it’s very difficult to find the page to submit the request. Even after submitting the request they just ignore you. If you sign up for WealthPress be ready to receive emails from them for the rest of your life.
Frustrated
Approximately half of their trades work out which is ok...BUT they send 17 emails and 12 texts EVERY DAY including weekends...HORRIBLE experience!! I’ve emailed them and called them and texted them many times, NOT to send me promotional emails...twice they said they would, and they did NOT honor my requests. THEN they told me they couldn’t because it was all from one number...what a crock...this is 2021...AND other subscriptions i got from other companies honor my requests. I will Not use their service once it expires...they just keep hounding you to add another service and another...it NEVER STOPS. (And YES, I have screenshots of my inbox showing the 17 emails i got yesterday...to be fair 3 of them were ‘trade’ alerts.
