I had to change my review. I've spent close to 20k with them. Sure, Ive learned a lot and the content is good. BUT when I went to cancel my subscription, which is 3k a year, they still charged me. And when I said I tried to cancel my account they did NOT refund me or even try to work with me on it all.

Please do not even sign up to a free trial with this company. I signed up just to see what it's like, canceled half way through as all they are doing is selling you a course to get you to then sell their course. So unethical. They then took my money of £297 even though I had canceled and I can't find any information to dispute it. I can't afford that, it's my food money for my kids.

Erica, sorry you feel this way but there are two things you SHOULD do. First - you didn't cancel your billing, you just cancelled one of the systems you get access to. Completely different things there honestly. Second - you can get a refund for that charge by submitting a ticket. All of this would have been avoided if you used the proper channels. Submitting a ticket would have ensured your billing was cancelled, and this wouldn't have happened.

They charged my account for $297.00 for what was supposed to be a free trial . I called my bank within in 2 hours of this transaction and it had already been processed. Don't trust them

I purchased a program and decided I wasn't going to actually go through it, so I've reached out via email. No response. I posted a comment in the facebook group, which has to be approved by admins. No response. I submitted a ticket 8 days ago on their website. No response. The program wasn't terribly expensive, but I felt like I couldn't reach anyone at the company. I think the company is a good one, but it's always a little disappointing to experience something like this.
