Wcasino.vip was recommended to me by a friend, as well as two other casino platforms. This is by far the worst of the three, and likely lower than many other platforms. The withdrawal process is confusing. When you are finally able to withdraw funds, it's limited to $50 a day for new players. I'm not sure if that changes the more you play, but a lot of playing must be done EVERY time you attempt to make a withdrawal. Second, the games' bonus play requirements are confusing. I was playing $1.80 and somehow, it went to $108. I didn't catch it, and there went that chunk of $$ in ONE spin! Customer service is a joke. You communicate through Facebook Messenger. The company can be quick to respond, but like another reviewer mentioned, they just dance around the questions. They will give about 2-3 responses before the same exact, word for word, responses begin again. They have never fully answered my first question I sent over 3 weeks ago. Big payouts/bonuses are also hard to come by. My advice, there are better online casinos, so don't waste your time or money on Wcasino.vip.
