Talk to your business. Wayfinder will follow through.Wayfinder OS is business software for established coaching companies, combining CRM, payments, team and agent coordination, commitments, and live bank-feed P&L in one system operated through conversation.Ask a question in plain language and get the answer from your own records. Ask for something to be done and it gets done, inside the same system where the work lives. It isn't a chatbot sitting beside your software. Talking is how you drive it, and every screen is still there when you would rather click.Follow-through is the point. You set the direction and a teammate accepts the work. Their agent does it under their own account, and you see the result or exactly what is blocking it. Less of the business depends on you chasing every step. That works because everything sits in one database. Your pipeline, payments, calls, inbox, bookings, sessions and finances share the same records, so an answer about revenue or a follow-up with a lead comes from your real data, not a spreadsheet someone updated last month. You stay in control. Drafts wait for your approval, and anything that moves money or contacts a customer shows you what it's about to do first.Built by a coaching company, for how one actually runs. I’ve been using Wayfinder for a couple of months now and what I really love is having everything I need in one place. I use it for calling people, keeping track of conversations, following up, sending messages and managing everything without having to jump between a bunch of different tools.
What stands out to me is how easy it is to use despite how much you can actually do with it. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the system feel simple rather than overwhelming.
It’s made my day to day workflow a lot easier. Very happy with it so far!

I want to give the greatest standing ovation to Wayfinder
I want to give the greatest standing ovation to technical support at a company that I've ever given, by about 500% more than the runner-up, to Wayfinder. Literally, I can got the CEO on the phone when things got urgent enough -- that is the degree of diligence and oversight that they have hands-on at their company. Any single issue that I need rectified or changed, they g as far as to create software updates to cater to individual needs in case other individuals wants that too. It is second-to-none service at Wayfinder. And Nathan is probably the most diligent employee I've ever seen in my life

The Wayfinder Agent is crazy cool
The Wayfinder Agent is crazy cool - you can do a lot of stuff in the app, and even though it's really powerful it's a little overwhelming, but the agent makes it super easy to get what you want done.

Makes Managing Leads and Follow-Up Much Easier
I've been using Wayfinder OS for my sales work, and it's made managing leads and follow up significantly easier.
The biggest advantage is having everything in one place. The CRM, dialer, email, text, calendar, video calls, payment processing, and marketing tools are all connected, so I'm not constantly jumping between different platforms.
The CRM is probably the feature I use most. It makes it very easy to schedule follow up tasks and stay on top of second, third, fourth, and fifth outreaches without leads slipping through the cracks. I can also quickly send saved email and text templates, which saves a lot of time when managing a large pipeline.
I also really like having the cart built directly into the system. I can be looking at a client's information and, from the same platform, create an order, process a card, or set up a subscription or payment plan.
The AI agent has been surprisingly useful as well. I recently received a text from a number I didn't recognize asking to transfer programs. Instead of searching through the CRM manually, I asked the AI agent who the number belonged to and it immediately identified the client for me. It's also great for quickly answering questions when I'm unsure how something in the system works.
Another major benefit is being able to get transcripts of both phone calls and video meetings. I use those to review conversations, improve my sales process, and make sure important details from client interactions aren't missed.
There are also solid marketing features, including email blasts, open and response rate data, and the ability to see which videos or sources specific leads came from.
Overall, Wayfinder OS has helped me stay much more organized and consistent with my sales process. Having CRM, communication, payments, AI, call analysis, and marketing data all under one roof makes it a very useful system for anyone managing a serious sales pipeline.
