Exceptional service. Professional and second to none. Caspian came up with a solution, was open about all charges and transformed our old tired wooden deck into an Ekodeck masterpiece. Waveform has reinvigorated our outdoor space. Thank you

Thankfully I make multiple saves in case anything ever happens, but it's still extremely frustrating- files, for whatever reason, get randomly corrupted and end up 'disappearing' from your recent edits. You can find them at the bottom of your projects tab, except it has a '??' under it and won't open for whatever reason. You literally lose all your work with no way to recover it. Go with something that won't cause you this stress.

So this is an Amazing Company. I brought their Quadmini 4x4 MIMO antenna, plus their window entry cable. It comes with a link so you can get a customised survey of where to place the antenna. Also a router specific guide for wiring it up plus advice in how to improve internet speeds. The antenna itself works really well and improves signal significantly. They Watsapp you to check all is ok, then after a few weeks check-in with you to make sure you are happy. The customer service is incredible and the product is such good quality. So many other companies could learn from Waveform! Thank you Waveform.. You are brilliant!
